the location was amazing, restaurant in front of the apartment, nearby market and 15 minutes walking from the main train station. the Apartment was very clean and had everything I needed.

We heard a little noise from the neighbors, and we had to climb a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The location is great. Communication with the host was good. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot weekend. Best pizza place is right in front of the apartment.

The area is very noisy and for some reason the city picks the garbage in the middle of the night, so it was not easy to sleep for any of us. This is unfortunate because the apartment and the location are very good.

The location is excellent. It is close to the train station and the Colesseum and there are nice bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment is compact and is ideal for a short stay.

The 4 flights of stairs can be hard work after a long day sightseeing.

This apartment was amazing! Exactly as depicted in the photos. The location is right in Monti Rioni and it definitely made our stay. The Colosseum was a 12-minute walk away, there are amazing cafes and restaurants across from the flat! Highly recommend eating at Trieste Pizza. The flat itself is located on the 4th floor. Which, wasn't too bad for us (fit/30ish). The apartment is beautiful inside and clean. Both bedrooms have wardrobes for your clothes, iron/board, and a nice view of the street below. One small complaint is the noise of the street early in the morning when the trash collections happen, but I think most people in Rome are used to this. :-) The kitchen is adequately equipped if you want to cook with pots, silverware, and ample plates. There is even coffee and tea for your use! Although there is no 'living area', the fold-out table and chairs were perfect for us for light meals/drinking. The bathroom had all the amenities you would need, soap/shampoo/hairdryer, and the shower was great. One small flaw: the seat cover of the toilet was a bit loose, but it is fine. Check-in was flawless!! Apparently, it could be difficult to find apartments that could accommodate late check-in (arriving past midnight) but here, we were able to fill out our information online and were given access to a keyless entry app, with photos that made everything seamless. Even connection to the wifi was easy (QR code). Our next-door neighbor was very very kind and helped us book a taxi! The owner is super responsive and kind, answering all of our questions immediately. To be honest, just book this flat. We wanted for nothing while staying here, and kept commenting on how amazing our trip was because of it. Thank you so much for taking care of all the small details that made our trip so much easier (like hand sanitizer and masks)!!

Loose toilet seat, and a little noise, but for us, this is a minimal issue.

Location is nice. Near all the touristic sights. Comfortable bed.

Bathroom. Shower drain is clogged and it is disgusting. Noice outside. You will not be able to sleep because of noice from the street and very poor sound isolation.

I dont like city tax way of charging. To be honest I just realized I still owe to the owner but the way He wants to do it its complicatef for me. My card was working with all other places in Italy but in this one doesn;t and its annoying,

No place to sit down and relax after a long day. Also, climbing 4 stairs up in the heat is not a walk in the park so this should be taken into account when booking the apartment
