Stayed for Oktoberfest. Great price and not hard to get to from train station. Super clean and staff were very friendly. Really good breakfast. Only thing we didn’t like was it was a little cramped in the 3 person room

Stayed at this hotel a number of times as frequently work in Unterföring - it has improved slightly but never fails to disappoint in some way. It's OK for short stays but if you are working in Munich any more than a couple of nights then I would recommend staying in they city and travelling

It is a brand new hotel, everything is new and clean. Breakfast is complimentary and satisfactory though they do lack some basics like fresh fruits, or milk alternatives.

Was in Munich for a meeting and The K was nearby and came up on a search based on the meeting address. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Only negative is that the hotel has a breakfast buffet that was OK but no other restaurant and the ones nearest to it are a 10-minute or more walk away which is OK if the weather is good.

The hotel seems to be primarily a business hotel, although our trip was for pleasure. It does only cater for bed and breakfast, the breakfast buffet was really good with plenty of choice, although you can get snacks in the bar in the evening. The main part of Unterfoehring is only a short walk away, about 15 minutes, and there are a few restaurants there to chose. There is also Schroders restaurant next door which is also quite good to eat at. The rooms are quite comfortable and suite the need if you are just looking for a place to crash for the night. The staff are friendly. The rooftop bar, AM Kraftwerk 7, is a great place to go and have an evening drink if the weather is good. Has good view of the area, but just blot out the views of the cranes !! :-) Must not that it is noty open every night. Would recommend using Ubers's as they are half the price of using the local taxis. There's a small supermarket next door, handy for getting a few supplies if needed.

Some of the soft close bedroom doors (around room 419) shut very quickly and loudly in their final movement creating quite a bang and shake the walls, therefore can be disturbing.

No lunch/evening dining, but the bar has a small selection of pizzas (there are plenty of other dining options in the area). Team are very pleasant and helpful. Fitness room has one treadmill and one crosstrainer, but I didn't really have any problem finding a free machine. There is free WiFi, but it's not really enough for streaming media. It's worth spending 16 EUR for the 3 day package. Highly recommended.

Convenient hotel if you are travelling on business in order to work in Unterföhring; otherwise, its pretty overpriced for what it is and where it is

Great hotel, staff, clean and spacious room, everything you can ask for. Location is its only drawback, 10 minute walk and close 30 minute train ride to October fest or downtown. But besides that I stay again.

The property was chosen for its location to the train station and the airport. 30 min drive to the airport. 10 min walk to the train station. Very modern and clean. No tub, just a shower. Rooms were nice size. Bed comfortable. AC goes to sleep at night, so can get a bit warm. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The breakfast is good with typical German breakfast items of breads, sliced meats, and sliced cheeses. They also have some warm items like scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and Frikadellen. The parking is free and right next to the hotel. However, there is nothing around and it's quite far from the city center. There is a grocery store next door, as well as onsite restaurant and bar. Otherwise, nothing else but fields and large businesses like Allianz.

Would stay there again on my next business trip. S bahn is quite close (5-10 min wall). The restaurant below serves delecious food and are open until 2200. The breakfast at the hotel is top notch. The room was clean and overall the hotel is modern. *Minus: No complementary water (which is standard in so many European hotels in the last year or so). Wifi username was not provided so thanks to our smart phone it was possible to get work done.

The hotel was nice and quiet. A nice retreat from the Oktoberfest festivities. Good breakfast. The pull out beds are a bit uncomfortable.
