Clean and quiet

While the staff were very friendly and accommodating, our room left much to be desired. There was a random Oreo and leaves on the floor of the room. The towels were dingy and the room was a bit musty. The Breakfast that was provided was terrible (my mom got sick) and very limited. Just a bunch of muffins and boiled eggs, that goodness knows how long ago were cooked since they seemed to be stockpiled in the fridge until the next morning, as well as the standard juice and fruit cups. Despite this, the location was very ideal. We were minutes away from lots of dining options and shopping spots which made grabbing something to eat super easy considering the breakfast options.

Stayed before company changed, staff better trained than before. Big difference! If you need a refrigerator you must request it to be brought to your room. Continental breakfast is now staffed to replenish everything. I like the way new company is handling hotel operations.

When initially booking the hotel the Bio stated that the property on located on the Boardwalk. We arrived at the location which was 14 miles from the actual Boardwalk, which was not in walking distance. I ask the front desk and they couldn't explained how Bio was listed. The front desk staff on all shifts were nice, especially Jeremy in explaining transportation around the area, We were very disappointed that the restaurant Shari's Bistro was more for a specific culture, but otherwise the hotel stay was nice.

I didn’t like nothing they didn’t clean our room ,the room was dirty and stinky also they didn’t remove the trash, i went to the reception to talked to them why they didn’t clean our room my son was crying the owner said to make the baby stop crying or he going to kick me out the property he was rude I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Very quiet place, Walmart just crossing the street the beach just 15-20 minutes away, the hotel rooms are clean,the bed very confortable and easy check In and Out.

The rooms are suitable. However the didnt have hot water . I hate 3 room all of the rooms where the same. When i first turned on the water it was brown. The hotel seem like its still going through repairs. Also the ac was so loud.

Rooms were nice but AC was very noisy. And the rooms had a little musty smell. Breakfast was great. Overall it’s a good place.

The place has decent rooms and close by a Walmart and shopping area. It's close enough to AC boardwalk and quiet. The breakfast is probably the only low point. Nothing hot (just coffee) and mostly sugary only options. (kids will love it).

I've stayed here before and it was unorganized and outdated. the updates are nice and staff seems calmer and more organized. you can tell its under new management.

Has ant problems really bad was on my bed an had broken bed was asked if wanted move but was really late an had a lot of things so refused other than that great staff

We found this hotel so dirty and smell so disgusting around property. We book for 2 night , after our arrival on property ,all our group found this hotel doesn’t meet the standard hotel service and lacking cleanness, so we decided to cancel & move to different hotel close by . Now we are requesting hotel to release our refund & improve your promise to serve clean and wel coming services. So future clients doesn’t have go through same situation. The tv doesn’t work . The toilet doesn’t work, pipes in sink doesn’t work . The pool it close , the summer is not end..

Front desk people no manners to talk people .

We booked this location bc of the pool and breakfast included. Both were a disappointment. The pool was closed for maintenance when we arrived. Breakfast was very basic with no hot water for tea, damp, half stale bagels, and no consideration for nut allergies. There was a variety of muffins, bear claw croissants, and toast to choose from. The hotel itself looks and smells very clean, the room was clean and was stocked well. It was a grand opening sign so I think it was recently renovated. We wished there was a refrigerator and coffee maker though in the room. And finally, had I known they stand with Israel as they have posted in their window when you check in, I probably wouldn’t have stayed as we stand with Palestine. It was a bit uncomfortable knowing this was Jewish owned and part of my family is Muslim. We were not in any way treated differently, everyone was helpful and kind.

Nice option for an overnight on the way to the beach!

Hotel was clean. Staff was excellent. Larger than usual travel toiletries provided. Beds & towels were average comfort for this type of hotel. Hotel appears to have recently opened under this name and some maintenance issues need to be addressed. Not well lit from the road and hard to find driveway after dark. Lighting & security in hotel itself were good.

Best place to stay

Room didn’t have much lighting but property has a pool and felt safe.

The property is likely a new used car- it was definitely something else before we stayed there slight renovations but not everything - room smelled of old smoke
