Do not book this hotel! The rooms are dirty, reek of cigarettes and had bed bugs. Very transient population. Manager was horrible. Could care less about our complaints and the fact that we were traveling with our family and grandson and had to find last minute accommodations. I cannot stress enough to avoid this hotel

Check in was easy, hotel staff were friendly. I need a pet friendly hotel and this was fine. Fee is on the high side, $40 per night. Breakfast was adequate. Had eggs and sausage along with cereal and bagels, coffee and juice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The pool was great. My granddaughter enjoyed swimming.

Bathroom sink was clogged so it drained slowly. Paint pealing in shower. No closet.

When checking in I was told they were gonna add a $100 security deposit to each room. I had 2 rooms. My total per room was $285 they put a hold on my card for almost $500 per room instead of the $385 I was expecting. Then upon checking out they charged me a additional $20 per room cause they claimed I checked out late. I contacted the property and was ignored by the manager so I had to contact wyndam directly just for the property manager to make up a story and lie about why I was charged more. On top of that when housekeeping would come by I would request clean towels they always asked for the dirty ones which was no issue but then I had to wait 3-4 hours for them to bring me back clean towels.

It was affordable, beds we’re comfortable.

Well the doors to the rooms shut really loud and you can hear all the doors in the hall when someone would leave the room, woke us up in the middle of the night! The pool could have been cleaned better, didn’t seem it was shocked or anything. The breakfast could have been better if there was a variety each day, same breakfast gets boring. This is not the property issue, but some of the people staying here were breaking all kinds of rules, drinking at the pool and smoking weed. Rooms could be updated and also security locks at doors didn’t work for a few days in the rear of the building.

AC sounded like it was about to break, beds were uncomfortable, remote in room didn’t work ,and Wi-Fi wasn’t the best.

There was one used wash cloth in the bathroom. I’m assuming the cleaning staff missed that one washcloth when cleaning the room.

I liked that my dog was welcomed and there were great places for her to walk. Great breakfast with clean safe conditions! Micro and fridge that worked great. Atm on site vending, great staff! Thank you so much I will definitely stay with you everytime I visit Atlantic city nj!!♡

Although I understand why there's a sec deposit I wish I was informed before I arrived. I knew a pet fee was involved but add a 50 Refundable deposit also
