Everything was great, and for a first time experience I will definitely be visiting again

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Pools are near the beach. The beach is clean and swimable! You also have access to Riu Palace, definitely recommend the waterslide on that resort. Riu reggae was better IMO

Service was really good. Staff was really friendly. Food was out of this world. The rooms are comfortable but need a retouching because: mirror are falling apart , big stain on the bathroom floor, toilet paper holder was falling and the safe was very rusted . Riu should chose another company to represent them when it comes to transfers because our experience with destination services was awful. Tah-Jayd changed our 9:45 AM airport transfer to 10:45 AM the day before, but the driver never showed up. An hour before our flight, she told us we’d have to pay for a taxi ourselves or we will miss the flight. It was very stressful and unprofessional.
