Booked for a day stay as leaving on late flight. Service was very nice and rooms were very clean. Only issue for foreigners would be no toilet paper is to be flushed so might be difficult for those that can’t use a bidet.

Rough start as waited 1.5 hours for transfer when Grab is cheaper. Breakfast is very good. Restaurant had good food and reasonable. Spa was great.

Spent 4 nights here when we first arrived in Vietnam. In general our stay was good. Great location, walking distance to all amenities etc. Bed was hard so I did not sleep well however my daughter slept without issue. Pool and jacuzzi was great as was the added foot massage, dinner and happy hour which made our stay good value. Breakfast buffet was the best of 3 main cities we visited. I however found the customer service variable, some staff were just lovely and friendly, others did not give off a warm feeling or would respond with “not my job” so not helpful. There was an awful smell in the lobby. I would stay here again as good value for money.

While the rooftop bar a bit shabby, we discovered ones just steps away nearer the Spa that were great spots. Secluded one with lush greenery and another one that had great view of street action below!! Hotel spreads over different buildings incl the breakfast rooms!
Great value for room which includes Happy Hour cocktail, one lunch or dinner coupon; terrific 30 min foot/leg massage and welcome juice!

It's a nice property, Indian restaurant across the street is awesome. However, spa features can be improved like steam baths.

Nice pool on the roof, great location, only the wakeup alarm running non stop from the neighbor room fron 5:00am to 7:00amwas annoying.

Service and cleanliness were great and the staff was amazing! The room is a little cramped and only 1 elevator.

Basically it is old. In particular, the toilet does not have a shower toilet.
The free water is refilled in a bottle, so I am not sure if it is safe to drink. The check-out process is very slow. The front desk staff was busy serving customers and answered the phone, so we had to wait.

This has been the best hotel stay I have experienced and I have travelled to over 20 countries including 5 star all inclusive resorts in Mexico. The staff at the Alagon are polite, considerate and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I wake up rested every morning to enjoy my vacation. Bruno from guest services was especially helpful in me switching rooms. I originally booked for two nights and loved it here so much that I extended. The spa services are to die for I went for one massage and some how am now there every morning. If you’re coming to Saigon this is where you want to stay for comfort, location and warmth.

We regretted only booking one night here. It was so good. I think it was thanks to the friendly and bright smiles of the front desk staff. Also, the massage service and cocktail bar service made our day wonderful. This is a place I definitely want to book again when I visit Ho Chi Minh again.
Oh, but the water from the shower didn't come out well.

This place was perfection. In Vietnam you run into some different/rude people but at this hotel their customer service was amazing. They had a bunch of free food/ massage and happy hour perks too. Plus, it’s hard to find a hotel w a pool in Vietnam.

The lobby and dinning area was well decorated with warm tones giving a nice welcome touch to it. Rooms has minimal decoration but very functional and clean. Excellent location for walking to local attractions.

The hotel was clean and close to the Ben Thanh market. Rooms were very well cleaned and the front staff is very polite. Breakfast buffet is very good and the staff at the hotel are very helpful.
Hotel itself is oddly set up. The pool is right next to the bar are so you get splashed while sitting there. The workout room is right next to the smoking area, so you get cigarette smoke blowing into that area at all times. Most of the equipment was broken in the workout area including the treadmill and elliptical.

Generally very good one comment the cleaners are very loud shouting down corridor often to co workers in day when I as one was sleeping after overnight flight. I know they are doing there job But it also states on each floor to keep noise levels down. I have stayed in other HCM hotels admittedly higher star and cleaners seen to do do job without sounds you here in Abi h Thank market..overall pretty good xperince at hotel . Thx
