I am a very tolerant person, but I found the staff to be remarkably rude during the limited interactions I had with them. The concierge had earbuds in and acted annoyed that he couldn’t hear me until he took them out. Then he was rude, asking me what I needed, as if it was strange that I would be walking up to check in. My kids were interested in swimming, but the pool light was strobing on and off in a very annoying and impossible to ignore way so we decided to pass. Once in the room it seemed clean until we noticed the floors were absolutely filthy and our feet were black on the bottom. Then when checking out the staff stared at us dumbly as we handed over the key cards and waited until we were several steps away before asking us for our room number in an unfriendly way. I decided on Hampton Inn amongst the other comparable hotels in the area, but after such a poor experience I’ll be choosing another option in the future.

The air conditioner was not working properly on my first night but the staff responded promptly the next morning when i reported the issue.

The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy but the hotel was was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. I would stay there again.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. However, our room had water on the bathroom floor, the air conditioner needed maintenance and the stopper in the bathroom zinc was broken so water did not drain. Plus the coffee pot had a broken lid!

The milk served with breakfast was spoiled. It’s not that it was out of date. But nonetheless it was spoiled and I ended up drinking a swallow of it. There was a young child that had some before me and the ladies fixing the breakfast area. Did not bother to remove the rest of the milk.

My reservation was missed up they blamed 3rd party for error , receipt has my address wrong on it, and we had black mold on bathroom ceiling

Close to the airport and restaurants.

Outdoor pool area was awesome. Fire pit, game areas. Many different grouped sitting areas. Awesome giant chess game on the lawn. Everyone had an awesome time!

Lobby and elevators were filthy.

The room was ok. Some mold on ceiling. But the bed and pillows were absolutely horrible. I was in incredible pain all night. Had to cut my trip short because I wasn’t able to sleep

My bathroom was dirty thank goodness I brought my own towel or Id have hair all over me I had to sleep with my blanket because the comforter was just not upper to par but I was there for only one night 7hours to be exact so maybe they rushed my room either way won’t be back

The room was comfortable enough. Overall everything was clean with the exception of a hand towel having a strand of hair on it. The courtyard and pool area was great for families.

The hotel looked clean but I was bitten by bugs during my overnight stay.

The staff were amazing especially with my dog! The breakfasts were top notch. The pool wasn’t very clean and the weight/exercise room was mediocre. Several of the tv’s on the equipment didn’t work. The weight machine needs to be oiled and calibrated. The dining room needs to be cleaned more frequently between guests. There was a lot of food and debris from those who previously ate there.

My stay was wonderful! The hotel and staff were amazing, as well the breakfasts. The room and halls were clean and it was quiet. I will definitely be returning when coming to see my mother.

Property is nice, but the customer service was poor. I had a group of 6 adults in one suite. The shampoo/conditioner were the kind that are attached to the shower wall - completely empty. I went to the front desk in the morning to ask for help. I waited 30 minutes and went down a second time and was told the person was at the garbage dumpster and would be up as soon as he was done. I had 6 people who needed to shower and places to go. I waited another 20-25 minutes and started to go down for the third time when I ran into a staff person in the hall doing other things. I asked them for shampoo/conditioner and they got it right away for me, although they didn't have the key to install the bottles (that didn't matter to me). When checking out, the same desk person asked me if the dumpster guy had ever come with shampoo/conditioner (meaning - she didn't know herself). I told her no, but I had found another staff person who helped. She apologized which was nice to hear but very late. I was very surprised that we wouldn't have shampoo/conditioner in the first place - seems like that should be on a checklist somewhere. But then for me to go to the front desk twice for something so essential and for the front desk to simply pass the buck to some unknown staff person at the dumpster without following up or taking ownership to make sure it was taken care of immediately, well that's just very poor hospitality and very poor service. This is a Hilton family hotel - I expect much more.

We really liked this property and loved the pool area. The front desk agent who assisted with check in was not very warm however. That was in the afternoon. The staff in the morning were much more warm and friendly.

Hotel is off the main road and a little hard to access. Properties along access road were being renovated making this one somewhat hard to find. Excellent staff and service. Very good hot breakfast.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The one nearest the window was very squeaky therefore every time my son moved it awakened me.
