Nestor , assistant manager on duty was extremely helpful and friendly. Well done Pullman team. Food was superb and stay was perfect. Waitress Jen in restaurant was so lovely when I mentioned we had just buried my friends dad and it had been an awful week. Thanks for being caring and kind

Spent another stopover night at the Pullman. Great service. Close to the airport. Food delicious. Room always clean. Bed very comfortable. Quite for good sleeping. Staff friendly and efficient

Service very lacking - repeated calls to housekeeping & room service unanwsered. Needed to go down to concierge to get needed towels, cups etc.
Despite 3 guests occupying room, only 2 guests provided for. Not cater for parking.

Liasa on the front desk was an absolute delight and made our lay over so special. She is an assets the the Accor group and you should give her a promotion

Proximity to airport. Be aware though, airport transfers do cost.

Check in was easy. Room clean. Hotel clean. However I booked for 2 adults and 1 child and we had to request towels to accommodate everyone which was disappointing.

Very obliging, fantastic service. Air New Zealand rescheduled our flight for 10 hours later so front desk gave us a complimentary late checkout. Absolutely recommend, so helpful with phone calls for the changes that had to happen due to change

The hotel facilities (room and gym) and location are rather good, but not the service of the staff there, specifically this male staff who was arrogant when we asked for water at the reception, and also unapologetic when he made a hiccup clearing our unfinished plates at the breakfast buffet (he did not apologise and simply shrugged his shoulders when his female co-worker asked why he cleared our unfinished plates).

Generally bad service from the administrative staff - rule book without any consideration for reality.

They were having phone issues the number I called to get the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel was useless.
I couldnt get through to anyone at first, then when I did they told me the shuttle they advertise they have was not available so i got a Taxi.
Upon arrival they did not have a room ready which was fine being I was early for checkin so I was told they would text me when it was ready.
I later received a text in such scrambled english I did not know what it was trying to tell me.
I went to check if my room was ready again assuming thats what the garbled message was about and it was.
The room was clean and the bed was comfy.
The breakfast was unedible, the pancakes were so dry they stick to your mouth and you almost choke trying to swallow.

Excellent food service manages however they were understaffed and we had long wait times for service at the bar. The complimentary canapés were delicious but due to the number of people who were there there was not sufficient quantity. By 6pm there were none left despite advertising they would be available to 6.30pm for those in executive rooms.

Quiet location on the hotel/airport shuttle route. Excellent service in bar and restaurant and great tasting dinner. Several breakfast options - continental, full or a la carte. Interesting decor in the foyer area with dog themed art exhibition. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a very comfortable stay. Everything felt top notch.

Check in process was not welcoming. Hotel has no airport shuttle service and refers to an external provider which charges and picks up at a nearby bus stop. Taxi driver was reluctant to take me to the hotel because of the close distance. Overall a stressful transit and I would not recommend this option.

We were immediately greeted upon entry to the lobby. Our luggage was in our room before we even completed our check-in. The wait staff at the restaurant were incredible.
