Was nice

Hotel is clean modern and comfortable. Decent gym and good pool. Wifi could be better. Staff is extremely attentive and kind. They greet you by your name every time. On the first morning a staff member asked if I thought breakfast could be improved in any way. After thinking about it I said it would be nice to have pineapple. She personally brought pineapple to my table every morning. Great and sincere touch. Only negative I found about this place is the mosque blasting a call to prayer at 5AM, it sure woke me up.

The service of the staff was excellent. Very friendly, willing to assist you with anything. Hotel is behind the Mercure hotel, advantage: not facing the busy road. Quiet during day and night. For restaurants, malioboro street etc. use Grab.

Hotel location is far from city center though it’s accessible to main street to get transportation,as hotel shuttle service is non-reliable. Room is clean with basic amenities the only turn off was you can hear noises from the corridors even got our door knocked by other guests at 2am which pisses us off just to find out they had a mistake. Can also hear people talking from other room i think the walls are thin enough.I suggest to stay in the city center much better as you can see many things. Staff are friendly and accommodating, they have personalized welcome card for the guests which i like,never had that before in all the hotels I’ve been it’s cute. Though they need to improve on communication as some staff don’t relay some messages to each other regarding some guests requests otherwise our stay was good.

I have stayed for 5 nights and I loved it! The staffs made my first Yogyakarta trip more convenient. They are really helpful and truly serve with service minds. I am very appreciated! The room was clean, the bed was comfy and it suited well for a solo traveller.

The performance of the staffs here make us expressed. They are active, patient and nice. They provides the service of ordering Ramanyana show ticket and rent scooters. In the morning, we have not told them we would like to rent a scooter, they called us to checked( when we checked in, we ask some questions about the renting scooter). When they saw us cross the road, the guard helps us to stop the car. We would like to try some traditional dish, the staff did not fore us to have food in the hotel, they proposed some good restaurants. The breakfast is amazing, there are west type and the traditional Indonesian breakfast. If you do not know howto have them, the staffs are nice and patient to explain.

Relatively new hotel with modern interiors with a touch of Javanese essence. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would be a perfect stay if they provide soundproofed rooms to prevent unnecessary noises from the corridor.

Good Stay. Its a new hotel and close to shopping mall and many restaurant

Love at first as we entered this hotel as the staff welcomed us with smiling and friendly faces. They were helpful to let us checked in early though we had to leave our luggage in the store room so we could go roaming about in the city. The rooms were clean but the bedding of one of the rooms had a kind of unbearable smell. Anyway, upon complained, new set was replaced. The swimming pool on 8th floor isin open space, jointly used by both Ibis and Grand Mercure hotel guests, spacious, clean and has nice view. You can enjoy your meals here anytime.

The hotel complex, combined with the adjacent Grand Mercure, is brand new and unfinished (as of mid-Jan 2017). There was some roughness around the edges but we were happy to try knowing this. The staff had that fresh-to-the-job air about them and were eager to please. As Ibis is lower-budget than Grand Mercure, we benefited a bit from the shared arrangement with the GM.

Everything is great. Nice staff and everything is clean.
