Checking in was great, breakfast was okay kind of wish there was more variety, disappointed I wasn’t able to extend because I booked from a third party (per hotel)

Clean rooms however the dishwasher, large fridge is a bit overkill for my needs. Would prefer bigger beds and more couches.

I would like to respectfully bring to your attention a few issues that occurred during my recent stay at your establishment.
Firstly, there was an incident where an unauthorized individual attempted to access our room using a key. This occurred after 10:30 pm, and while we were fortunately present in the room at the time, it was a concerning breach of our privacy. It is important to note that the individual did not identify themselves as a staff member or announce their presence before trying to enter.
Secondly, the mattress provided in the room was not conducive to a comfortable sleep. The bed base was made of a material that caused discomfort, so I ended up sleeping on the floor using the sofa bed pillows.
I kindly request that these concerns be addressed to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests. Additionally, I noticed that there was a considerable amount of noise due to the presence of a basketball and soccer team booking at the facility.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Front desk attendant, Patara, was so friendly, helpful and cheerful. Enthusiasm and warmth are contagious- i appreciated it. Room was clean, laundry facilities were nice and workout room was bright and clean with big windows. Woukd definitely recommend.

Easy check-in. Comfortable bed. I was on the top floor, which was a great benefit. Quiet night. Will book this hotel again. Great for business. Refrigerator and sink was a plus.

The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom door.

We called the day before asking for an early check-in and was told that a room would be ready, but upon arrival (just 2 hours before regular check-in) no rooms were available. Our room had some stickiness, like syrup, on the carpet and on the sink in the bathroom so we had to wiped the counter down.

I have been using your hotel for years to visit family. This last time was not so great. Not do to the staff or hotel but to the other guests on our floor. Both nights we were awakened by loud noise in the hallway. The last night was so bad that we found our door on the outside full of soon kind of liquid when we left in the morning. Young people were fighting or something in the hallway.

As soon as I walked in the door the woman at the front desk started shaking her head no. We were an hour early from a very long day of driving. She immediately said they had no rooms ready and it was a bad attitude from there. All I asked was for a place to secularly put our instruments out of the heat and to drop the trailer so that we could go spend a few hours somewhere until we could check in. Everything was a no until she called the manager. We stay at this hotel twice a year to see our grandkids, this was definitely our last stay.

Too much construction at this time. Wasn't impressed with breakfast. Room was comfortable, nice fitness area with washer and dryer

Our stay was great, and breakfast choices were good but after 1 night the bed was uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly. There is a lot of road construction in front of hotel. We would recommend because eventually the road construction will end. Hopefully, they will update beds soon.

Front staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate us. The room had wet carpet, dirty rags left on the counter with hair on them. Vomit on and under the bed when we arrived.

Room was not clean, bathroom was gross, kitchen was not clean. Did not smell good. TV - had no selection- breakfast was not very good- not a great selection either.
Will not stay again for that price.
