Comfortable, convenient

The hotel was neat and clean, airconditional was working really well. You can use hot water whereas hotels near tumon beach do not have such hot waters. The bed condition is also good enough. Only thing I struggled was the noise coming from the main road. Also, curtains did not cover whole windows that I felt a bit unsecured. Nevertheless, the hotel overall is valuable with the price, hence, Kings' restaurant is walking distance to try for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Its ok for short stay.

It was a small hotel without a sense of luxury. But they kept it so clean and they were so kind. It was far from the beach but I enjoyed the circumstances without tourists. They offer a pick up & drop service with low price ($15 for each) even midnight. I would be back there when I had no wish to see the ocean through the window.

It was just right...it is great for a get-away vacation especially if u just want time on your own and not get disturbed. Very quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is a bit far from the beach. It would cost you about $20 per trip to get there. The rooms were ok. But the staff were awesome!

The room was simple but clean. Aircon worked fine. Decent amount of space. Good value for the price. Wifi did not work when i checked in for the evening. When i checked out early in the morning for my flight it was suddenly working. Bed kind of hard.

Mall and Groceries store are near and walkable.

Room air conditioner only seemed to have two settings, off or Arctic full blast, no matter how many buttons I pressed on the remote. Probably not the hotel's fault as they didn't make the ACs, but still, it stood out. Staff was all very nice though, so that's definitely a plus. Internet was fast too.

To the new manager, you have done a great job. I have lived or stayed in many hotels, some 3 to 5 stars. I have to say this was one of the greatest stays I have ever had. It was nice, clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly. Keep up the great job, and I will recommend it.

Very good place, I am older so it has they older qualities about it. Easy for me to get to Micronesia Mall, Super K-Mart., McDonalds across the street just walk there 3 minutes. I would absolutely come back. Young lady at Front Desk SUPER nice, and will help you anyway she can.

The facilities are good and safe. The immediate area has restaurants and McDonald's, as well as shopping options for little gadgets and toiletry items. It is a 20 min walk to a good mall. This mall has a bus that will take you to some tourist destinations for $5 or less if you buy the ticket for a few days.

It's comfort and clean. Nice to be this hotel especially the CPA test center is just across from the hotel.love the fact that it has really hot water cuz other hotels near beach does not have hot water. .. there is microwave to use at hallway and you could get hair dryer if you ask at the front desk. There is nice Korean restaurant and small supermarket to buy some food as well.

The one thing that I like about Harmon Loop Hotel is because it is close to the restaurant.

The hotel pickup service is good.

Not a bad place if u want to save extra bucks

I stayed at this hotel for one night due to a long layover. I called the hotel upon arrival for airport pick up, so they were aware of my arrival. However, once I got to the hotel and checked in, they asked me to wait in the lobby while they turned on the air conditioning in the room. After some time, I was given my room. Upon entering the hotel lost power and it took several minutes for the generator to kick in. During this time the room was pitch black and the smoke detectors were beeping. Once the generator was on, I went directly to bed being it was 11pm. I woke up an hour later freezing and unable to find the air conditioning controls. I had to call the front desk and they said they keep the controls, so a gentleman came to the room with the remote control to adjust the air conditioning. At some point during the night there was another power issue because I was awoken by the beeping smoke detectors. All in all, not a comfortable room to get a good night's rest. The staff was kind and the room basic but clean. But will not return.

Good hotel for a short stay in Guam. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful.

If you're just looking for a clean and quiet place to lay your head, this hotel is ideal! A great location for eating and shopping options within walking distance. We've been here a month and have had no problems at all!

Definitely a good place if you're looking for a place thats convenient to restaurants and shopping! All within walking diatance. Hotel is older, but rooms are clean and quiet. Stephanie at FD is awesome and always willing to help!
