It was convenient to many activities

Enjoyed our stay here. A sparkling clean room is a priority, and this room was that! Front desk and breakfast room staff were all very pleasant.

Great location and amenities!

Terrible check in. Very unfriendly receptionist. We arrived at 4pm and 2 out of 4 rooms was not ready. When I asked if they had any idea of how much more time was needed, they had no answer but just to wait around the lobby and check in every so often. As if I was just going to hang around the lobby for gods know how long. Very unprofessional and bad attitude. All 4 rooms had no shampoo and 1 tiny bar of soap between the 4 rooms. We ask housekeeping and they told us that they were out of shampoos and soaps. Breakfast was good but slow with food refills of hot items. Will definitely not recommend or stay again ......

great place middle of town close to dining and all the adventures you may want !!!!

Check in is 3pm. Our room was not available until 5:30.

We were greeted by a pretty rude woman. No smile and was very snippy. The room was large and comfortable. Clean but a little bit shabby. Hot tub was wonderful after a long day in the parks! Someone flushing above us woke us up, but it was time to get up anyway

Decent room, nice area, ultra stinky elevators, breakfast was ok. La Quinta is hit or miss. This one was ok…not the best but clearly not the worst as that title belongs to La Quinta in Carlsbad New Mexico.

The AC was super loud. There is no much competition around the area and therefore the prices are higher than they should be. Staff was nice. Breakfast was okay. We had to ask for body wash and shampoo for the first time in a hotel. Arriverld 1 hour early, no rooms were available for early check in. Overall, very average, good enough for one night, expected better.

The property is in a great location, but amenities are average and the staff was rude. I’m traveling alone and had checked in with a few of my bags and went straight to my room. I forgot my car parked out front. They called my room a half hour later and threatened to tow my car. I stated that I innocently completely forgot that I had left my car there and I’d be down immediately to move and park it. Their comment was rude and inappropriate and not necessary. Threatening to tow my car when I simply forgot to move it was over the top and extreme.

Out of napkin and we called the front desk but they don’t bring it up.

The room service was not great, but I was satisfied with the guidance and breakfast.

We did a late check in but the representative at the front desk was not very friendly. Otherwise the stay was decent.

The room was cozy & people very friendly. But the tv was not working in our room & most of our friends rooms too. That was annoying.

Staff didn’t really seem to care much about anything. Elevator wasn’t working and they couldn’t have cared less. Probably won’t stay at a La Quinta again.

Very nice modern hotel. Pool area could be more inviting by simply adding some shade and extra seating/tables.

Unfortunately at 11 am, by the time to checking out the staff decides to clean the restroom by the ice machine where we need ice to travel back home. They purposely close the way with their cleaning cart and bucket. They don't allow us to use the ice machine or the bathroom before a long drive. Also, both waters were empty, right at 11 am when it's time to checkout. Very frustrating. My wife has celiac diseases and your breakfast has NO options for gluten free. The staff was very rude to my wife when she asked to read the labels. Only Daniel decided to help her. This is the 1st hotel that has no gluten free bread or muffin or nothing not eve fresh fruit besides oranges. By law my wife has the right to read labels and the kitchen lady was so rude to her. Prepacked eggs, bacon, sausages all can contain gluten. The elevator had an awful smell, it was unbearable due to a product. Very frustrating!

Overall, our stay was great.

Waited for 30 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up. Called the hotel phone number 2 times and no one picked up. Finally someone showed up, headphones in and zero joy or customer service. We get checked into a room and the room smells horrid and the a/c doesn’t work. At the front desk employee says they’re booked out and couldn’t do anything for us to help. After demanding a refund the only person working in seemingly the entire hotel called the manager to find out what to do. Would not recommend, Best Western or any of the 10 hotels around are better.

The whole entire floor had a terrible smell and I found it hard to breathe. We asked the front desk if we could change floors, because we couldn’t stand the smell and we were immediately dismissed. Staff were not helpful at all, not even at explaining the situation. Our room was in very poor condition. In the bathroom, the paint was chipped all over the ceiling and walls. In the room, the walls were dirty as well. Overall didn’t like this hotel at all.

No safe outdoor area for dogs to relieve themselves. Gravel with lots of burrs & stickers. No warnings from staff. My dog's paws were bleeding.
