great place middle of town close to dining and all the adventures you may want !!!!

We were greeted by a pretty rude woman. No smile and was very snippy. The room was large and comfortable. Clean but a little bit shabby. Hot tub was wonderful after a long day in the parks! Someone flushing above us woke us up, but it was time to get up anyway

Dirty room, rude staff, rooms not like the pictures

The room was cozy & people very friendly. But the tv was not working in our room & most of our friends rooms too. That was annoying.

Staff didn’t really seem to care much about anything. Elevator wasn’t working and they couldn’t have cared less. Probably won’t stay at a La Quinta again.

Very nice modern hotel. Pool area could be more inviting by simply adding some shade and extra seating/tables.

Overall, our stay was great.

Unfortunately at 11 am, by the time to checking out the staff decides to clean the restroom by the ice machine where we need ice to travel back home. They purposely close the way with their cleaning cart and bucket. They don't allow us to use the ice machine or the bathroom before a long drive. Also, both waters were empty, right at 11 am when it's time to checkout. Very frustrating. My wife has celiac diseases and your breakfast has NO options for gluten free. The staff was very rude to my wife when she asked to read the labels. Only Daniel decided to help her. This is the 1st hotel that has no gluten free bread or muffin or nothing not eve fresh fruit besides oranges. By law my wife has the right to read labels and the kitchen lady was so rude to her. Prepacked eggs, bacon, sausages all can contain gluten. The elevator had an awful smell, it was unbearable due to a product. Very frustrating!

Waited for 30 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up. Called the hotel phone number 2 times and no one picked up. Finally someone showed up, headphones in and zero joy or customer service. We get checked into a room and the room smells horrid and the a/c doesn’t work. At the front desk employee says they’re booked out and couldn’t do anything for us to help. After demanding a refund the only person working in seemingly the entire hotel called the manager to find out what to do. Would not recommend, Best Western or any of the 10 hotels around are better.

The whole entire floor had a terrible smell and I found it hard to breathe. We asked the front desk if we could change floors, because we couldn’t stand the smell and we were immediately dismissed. Staff were not helpful at all, not even at explaining the situation. Our room was in very poor condition. In the bathroom, the paint was chipped all over the ceiling and walls. In the room, the walls were dirty as well. Overall didn’t like this hotel at all.

No safe outdoor area for dogs to relieve themselves. Gravel with lots of burrs & stickers. No warnings from staff. My dog's paws were bleeding.

We appreciated the clean property. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Appreciated that breakfast was right there on the property and included with price of the hotel. Plenty of parking available.

Great location, clean and quiet

Appreciated staying here. The room was great. Breakfast had many things missing, so that’s the only reason this gets 4 instead of 5 stars. Very comfortable. Also had to do laundry and they only charge for the dryer!

It was a nice room, kind of on the smaller side. Nice to come back to after a hot day of sight seeing in the canyons and horseshoe bend to collapse in the AC

Breakfast was good, property condition was great except for strange smell throughout the property.

Very nice place to stay!! I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast! Very pleasant and enjoyable.

Everything was good. We loved their free refreshing soft drink in the lobby on a hot summer day. We did not like the strong smell that was in the elevator. Otherwise everything was perfect!!

Thr room was huge and nicely decorated. It had a refrigerator, microwave, and. coffee maker. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice stay in a well-maintained hotel. Easy parking and room access. Room was spacious and clean. Close to many services and restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff is very sweet and attentive. Clean room. Breakfast area was clean and all food was served hot.
