Great staff. Super quiet. I opted for extra space for the room and it did not disappoint, will choose this every time. House keeping very nice! Location perfect too.

NOT SO GOOD. ARRIVED and much talking from room next door! The walls seem to be made of paper! Hot water was barely hot for morn shower. Breakfast mediocre at best.

Quick check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and very polite and very helpful. The room was nice and spacious and quiet. Offered a variety of food options for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke when we walked in - I asked if we were in a non-smoking room and he told me it was a non-smoking building - but walking in it did not smell that way. Thankfully our room was fine.

When I arrived I was doubled charged for my room. Hotels.com charged my card once and then the actual hotel charged my card… so I paid for one room twice and still have not received my reimbursement from the hotel… have never had this problem before. Makes it hard to see the convenience in useing apps or sites like these honestly.

Dee was so awesome checking us in. It was Effortless. I love this place and the black out curtains work wonders. Hopefully one day that pool will be open. One negative is that all the tiles in our bathroom was loose

The property and room was very clean and very well maintained. The location allows easy access to a major highway

Loved the location. perfect for my accommodation. Josh, who seemed to run hotel single-handedly, was great. Made me and my daughter feel safe every day. Pool is surrounded by privacy fence. For some reason, the water was warmer than outdoor temperature, but will take it. Hotel has everything necessary (laundry, fitness, ice, free breakfast, pool, computer)

It was very nice, clean lobby,. great staff. price good for the area. room was very pleasant and comfortable. While the online description mentions a pool, it was marked "out of service" and this was not mentioned when checking in. I am sure there are some tiny weasel words about some things may not be available, but a Pool is not minor. The breakfast was very nice and well presented, but somehow, the items featured in the online commercials, were not present or even evidence they may have ever been. .Poor match between advertising and actuality is a big turnoff.

This place is truly a gem! From the moment I arrived until I said my goodbyes, the staff made me feel like a VIP with their unmatched assistance and friendliness. The facilities were spotless and cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. And let's talk about breakfast – absolutely delicious! It was the cherry on top of an already fantastic hospitality experience. I wouldn't hesitate to book another stay here whenever the chance arises. It's a haven of hospitality that you won't want to leave!

Wish there was a hair dryer in the room and had a mirror at the desk in the room. The lighting was poor

The breakfast was good, but our room was not that clean. There was blood on the walls and not enough towels in the room. We did get some extra towels from the front desk. We could not sleep because the entire night we could hear steps of someone above us just walking and sometimes running. It was ridiculous. I will not stay at a Holiday inn again.

The staff is awesome very, helpful and great customer service. Rooms are nice way better than most ive stayed in.

Very nice hotel and staff was friendly and helpful! In a good area no major issues with hotel at all. Police were called out due to a drunk patron but was handled quickly. For users of AT&T bad service area only had one for the most part. Hard to make phone calls. Also bring quarters and detergent for laundry $2 for wash and $2 for dryer.

Everything was great, I just wish they would have cleaned my room during the stay.
