Nice hotel. Quiet. Friendly accommodating staff.

Everything was Great!

Room was very clean, and I'd say our room was actually pretty! We felt very well taken care of, and the staff was fantastic.

I enjoy the quietness and where the Hampton is located. We have stayed there multiple times. It’s really a nice place. The rooms are starting to show some age on them, and could use some updating. Other than that we enjoy staying there when we’re in Wichita.

It is a nice, average hotel. Our bed was very comfortable and clean. The service was kind and attentive especially when we called for more towels. The free breakfast is alright - nothing special! I would recommend staying here.

I phoned ahead and asked about the shuttle from the airport and was told just to call once I arrived at the airport and they send someone over We get to the airport and call and was told 5 to 10 minutes So I go stand were I was told four other hotels shuttles have come and left 25 minutes go by and no shuttle So I call again and they said they look into it One of the hotels shuttles that came by for the second time and saw us still sitting there and asked they still have not come to get you Which we said no and that driver shook their head Another 20 minutes go by and finally the shuttle arrives Get to the hotel there was no sorry for the wait nothing from shuttle driver saying sorry for the wait I asked if there was any queen beds as when I booked four months ago there was none She informs me if there none on when I book there is none Which I reply there might have been a cancellation since so that is why I asked She gave me a look and said no My first interaction with the hotel was not welcoming I would not stay there again or tell others to stay there

Everything was great! Check in was easy, the room was clean and set up perfect for sharung with an adult child! We absolutely loved the shuttle service!!

Nice hotel just a few minutes off the freeway. Quiet. Staff knowledgeable and helpful.

The bed was so uncomfortable. No fresh towels as we stayed 2 nights.

Hotels provided shuttle service was flawless, simple, call to the hotel, the shuttle at the airport to pick us up in 10 minutes. The man driving the shuttle was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the area with our questions. Very easy check in, took only a couple of minutes, the young lady at the front desk was extremely nice.

It was a good stay but staying on the 1st floor it was very loud above us.

It was super close to the airport and fairly centrally located.

It was convenient. I wish the beds were softer and the door to the back parking lot wouldn't work, so we had to call the front desk to open our door each time.

Best ever Breakfast was great. Our room was clean, comfortable, Bathroom was great clean good shower. Quiet we Hurd nothing. And the indoor pool with clean towels available , good parking

When we arrived at hotel before 12 am. We found that our room had been cancelled. At first we were told we’d have to go to another hotel. The hotel was full. We stood in hall for 1 1/2 hours. Not a good experience We had to check out early to make it to another family gathering.

Nice and close to the airport and outlying towns to the West, simple, easy, very nice room.

Very clean! Staying here last night reminds me why Hampton Inn, is the best. They know how to do it right, clean rooms, well stocked, great staff.

Comfortable bedding

Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean room. Broken faucet in bathroom. Didn't offer to fix while we were staying. Unfortunately, some rooms look out at a wall so no view. Could partially remedy by having something to look at like a mural or potted flowers. We were able to change rooms.

As usual Hampton Inn is consistently clean, safe, decent breakfast. In Wichita there isn’t much recycling so that is an issue with the area and not this hotel.

Standard Hampton quality and service.

Awesome, big room. Very comfortable. The one star downgrade is because the breakfast did not have many options. Waffle maker was out of order the three days we were there. Otherwise great; staff was great, room was clean.

Rachel & Yensi are upscale, I have a long stay of 21 nights and they did the room every day meticulously. Thank you for their great job!

Very nice room with comfortable bed. Breakfast had lots to offer. Our bathroom needed the corners of the floor swept and by the toilet and the rug needed a vacuum.

Good place

Upon arrival the front desk supervisor didn't not raise her head to make eye contact to acknowledge the guest or to make herself aware of the next guest in line.. when I greeted her she never responded and continued to inform me that I had a 3rd party reservation as if I wasn't aware and processed to ask how many keys do I need. I requested additional towels because there were two guests in the room and there were only towels for one guest and the maid advised the towels in the room had to be turned in to get new ones I've had better experiences.

Wonderful hotel. The young man at the desk was very nice!

Could not shut the drapes on ground floor. Front desk personnel had to come to the room and mess with it to get crepe shut. Lighting poor in room. No ceiling light 3 small table lamps, 1 of which did not work, no TV channel listing card given in room, front desk did not know how to figure what channel was what, other than going through the guide on the TV. Lastly no bathtub in room, shower onlly, which was disappointing.
