Good! Clean lobby and nice check in. Great that there is access to a restaurant. The only two downsides are some of the beds aren’t super comfortable (same with pillows) and if you are a light sleeper then you have to choose between air conditioning or uninterrupted sleep either the air off because the air goes on and off and can be jarring. We checked in three rooms and all the thermostats were like that. Of the air was on there was no way to keep it continuous. Totally fine for good sleepers but very very difficult for light sleepers.

Excellent hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was great. It was very big with lots of space to put our bags and excellent surface areas for phones, computers, drinks, etc. the hotel was extremely quiet. Parking was great for loading and unloading our car. We will definitely stay here again.

Spent three nights in a very spacious, comfortable room, very comfortable beds, awesome pillows, excellent sound proofing to muffle traffic on busy road. Unfortunately the soundproofing between floors not great but we were lucky enough to have fairly good upstairs neighbours. The only fault I could point out was the abysmal complimentary breakfasts. We could have paid for full menu, but as the hotel provided us with coupons for complimentary breakfasts we opted for those. The choice was pathetic, no OJ, sausages were cold and undercooked, pancakes were tough and leathery, food trays were not refilled or replaced with fresh food until empty and then I was told the complimentary breakfast was only till 9am despite it saying until 11am weekdays and 10am weekends. We were there at 9.10. We opted out of breakfast the third day. We would go back but would skip breakfast.

Room above me was very noisy from 12:30-2:30 am, the ceiling could be better insulated as noise in room above including banging and yelling could be heard. The response when I complained at front desk was …would you like a breakfast voucher?

Nice hotel, clean and spacious. But the downsides were the pillows in the room were absolutely awful. The soap in the room was a nasty smell, smelled like a cheap cologne. The rooms are super loud from the busy traffic road next to. I would not say I wouldn’t stay there again, but it wouldn’t be a first pick. Also it is nice when hotels provide a continential breakfast, even if it is small. This hotel wanted an extra $10 a night for breakfast.

I didn't like the fact that I was charged a $100.00 for a damage deposit without an fore knowledge! Told this when I arrived even though they accepted payment a week before. And then, at check-out, they informed me that I would not get my money back for at least 5 to 10 working da!!!!!!
