Small hiccup at Check-In as my booking amendment for one of the rooms was showing as a cancellation. However, the staff member resolved the problem to my satisfaction. The rooms were spacious, clean & very comfortable. We found the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good with a decent variety of produce. My only disappointment; that the hotel has no bar. It world have been perfect to enjoy a cool evening drink in the courtyard before dinner. Otherwise, we enjoyed a wonderful stay in a well-run, attractive hotel in one of Spain's great cities.

In my opinion the best place to stay in Leon, as the hotel itself is part of the San Isidoro complex, with the museum next door, You sleep in one of the monasteries, which is an experience.

Beautiful conversion of an historic building right in the centre of Leon, walking distance to the huge choice of bars & restaurants. Not easy to find if driving, but worth it when you do, car park is a huge plus. Room was v nice & comfortable and breakfast was pretty good, cold selection better than the hot. The staff on reception were excellent & the hotel v clean. We loved Leon!

This was a unique and beautiful experience before starting our Camino walk. This monetary converted into hotel and event centre is perfectly restored and remodelled with beautiful rooms. Food was excellent and bedding perfect.

Absolutely out of the ordinary experience. Rooms are super comfortable, with excellent temperature control, and with excellent water pressure in the bathroom. If you want an experience in an exceptionally well maintained establishment with truly unique character, this is the place for you. Parking is easy and right next door. Bars/restaurants within very easy walking distance.

Very beautiful hotel like inside a castle

Our room was comfortable. But the free breakfast was so bad that on the second day we bought breakfast in a nearby cafe. On our second night there was a party with amplified music that was held in the courtyard and that didn’t conclude until midnight.

Very comfortable hotel in a beautiful building. It was really useful to have secure parking as part of tge hotel offering as we were using hhe stop as part of a wider trip. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city centre

Get directions for the parking before you bring your car. With directions the parking is easy to find, and is next door to the hotel gate.We didn't eat at the restaurant, but had a nice coffee and cakes in the morning before we left.The location is very central and within walking distance to many sites and restaurants.

It’s an amazing building right in the historic centre

This is a fabulous place to stay. Beautifully appointed, loved the art and it's very central. I've rated it a bit lower as the hotel didn't communicate just how difficult it is to find the carpark. It should be on any instructions confirming the booking. We drove around Leon for 90 minutes trying to get in. In the end we gave in, parked the car (a challenge in itself) and went in to get help. Staff were very friendly but advised us that we had to go up a street that says no access to get to the car park. But if you don't need to park the car - go stay, you'll love it!

Only stopped over for one night. Would have liked to stay longer to learn more about the history of the hotel and see more of Leon. Very nice staff and had the cutest waiter at dinner. All were very helpful. The rooms we had were adequately appointed.

Really interesting and comfortable hotel in an old monastery. Friendly helpful staff and parking right in the middle of town. If you stay here, don’t miss the tour of the building and the museum. Incredible Romanesque frescoes!
