Overall the hotel is good!
It takes around 5 mins by walking from the ‘Shinkansen’ exit of Nagoya station, but not so close to the subway entrances. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful, which is the most appreciated part for me.

Near station, Exit on the Shinkansen side. Big station so exit is very important. Nice place, modern but super tight rooms.

I like the large bathing area, which makes taking a bath a most comfortable and relaxing experience.

It was so clean and I liked that it had spacious shower area next to the bathtub. I have been having backache from the flight but the bed was so comfortable and I didn’t feel any pain after staying here for 2 nights.

The hotel is well maintained the beds and pillows are comfortable , and the Lawson on the ground floor is very convenient ,Daily necessities are available for self-pickup in the lobby , but ladies should be aware that there are no cotton pads or shower caps provided.

The room is too small and there is no service. All supplies are collected by yourself. Hot and cold water must be provided on different floors!

I like it close to the train station, clean, neat and all necessities are available, staff are good in communication using English as we cant speak Japanese.
I will come again next time if I go to Nagoya again.

The room got enough space, convenient location, just 5 mins walk to JR station. The staff are nice and polite

I made an error in booking the room and didn’t realize after I had checked in. I went back downstairs to see if they could help however I was greeted with rudeness and was offered no help except an extra blanket. I understand it may be difficult to adjust reservations after the fact but to show no care or want to help a guest is disappointing

Very clean room. Serious and responsible staff. We were given high floor and the room temperature is comfortable. 3 of us staying in one room, just be creative on how to place the 3 luggage, its doable, lol

The room size is very small for 3 persons. No space for luggages and sitting area when the sofa bed is open for the third bed. Would not recommend for family of more than 2

Hotel is new, room and facility are new, our room is high-floored with good view, we can see Nagoya castle day and night, pretty a very special experience and memory.

The hotel is typically Japanese. The service is excellent the rooms and facilities are clean. There are numerous amenities. The hotel rate is reasonable and there is no tipping. Most of the U.S. hotels could learn much from Japan.
