Have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. Great sea views. Our go to place to book when visiting family in Bexhill.

All good, stayed one night.

Wonderful room and views. Easy access to parking and the De La Warr Pavillion for the gig. Great brasserie, relaxed atmosphere and food delicious.

Booked a couple of nights so we could attend a concert at the De La Warr. Parking is easy, using the DLW car park. We were in Room 4 which was on the 2nd Floor, up some quite steep stairs. On the way up the member of staff explained that WiFi didn’t reach that far. The site plainly states that Wi-Fi is available in that room so we were misinformed there. If we booked again it would be on the condition that we had rooms 1-3 on the first floor. The room was huge with great view of the sea and the pavilion. The bed had a soft mattress but was comfy. The tv remote needed new batteries. The lighting was harsh and could have done with another lamp. Breakfast we were told was between 8&9. On the Saturday it was changed to 8:30 start which was annoying as we weren’t told this. Breakfast itself was good with a selection of veg and vegan options. We had to ask for juice. If you plan on eating in the evening in the bar, then book a table asap as it can get extremely busy. Over all we enjoyed our stay although the lack of Wi-Fi in the room when it was advertised, was annoying, especially for the price. Staff were mainly helpful. Of you have mobility issues, then the steep stairs would be a problem.

Really nice rooms on the promenade within walking distance of plenty of restaurants etc, comfy and nicely decorated. We had a broken plug in the bathroom but I found a way round it and I'm sure they would have fixed it if i reported it earlier. The bar/restaurant downstairs is really nice, breakfast in the morning was really tasty (we had to wait a while due to oven issue which I'm sure isnt routine). Quiet nights sleep, good service by both staff we encountered.

Our stay was a short New Years Eve break...The Rocksalt downstairs had a live band( was not a big issue) we were made aware when we checked in. We were in Room 5 ( higher up in the building) The bed ..the shower. .the breakfast were all perfectly fine. One small issue(health and safety) a small step that is not😒high lighted has the potential for people tripping up. 8 out of 10.

Comfortable and clean, while also with a unique character of its own. Ideally positioned for the Pavilion and the sea front. Excellent breakfast.

The room was a really spacious area. Added benefit of a coffee machine.

This was our second stay at Seaspray. Came down for a wedding and wanted to get changed prior to checkin. The team managed to have our room ready early so we could get changed. Great service.

Cool b & b with feuendly staff. Very cool rooms (I had number 9 with a stunning brick wall) Really close to the De La Warr Pavillion so excellent for co certs there. Breakfast innthe morning is relaxed and thoroughly tasty.

Spacious room, excellent breakfast with great service

Nice Hotel, large and lovely room, friendly people. Had trouble finding it, the sign is too small. Stoping and parking for bagagge unlaoding is not easy. Nice breakfast.

We stayed for a night as we were attending a gig at the de la warr. The room was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. The staff were great and the breakfast was lovely. We'll probably be back.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, we were shown to our room which was spacious, clean and quirky.We had breakfast on site the following moring which was fantastic and has a still along the beacj after.....a 2 minute walk away. We absolutely loved this place and cannot wait to return. Thank you for a great night and a wonderful , pleasurable experience.

Lovely B&B. Stayed in room #4 for one night. Room was large. Bed comfortable and linens great. View from room (5 big windows) was picturesque. Literally a minutes walk from De La Warr Paviliion. Didn’t stay for breakfast as had flight to catch. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
