If you wanted to have a family camping trip in season, this would be a great place. For us, it was not a good experience at all. Although free WiFi is advertised, it doesn’t state that it is only available in the office or the store. The restaurant was closed the days we were to be there…also not disclosed. Our cards needed to enter and exit the site never worked properly, so thankfully there was someone there to let us in. Our cabin was clean, but had a residual scent I believe from the manufacturing process (similar to a FEMA trailer). Although we had paid for,three nights we ended up leaving after one night. Again, if you’re looking for a camping experience away from civilization I believe you would enjoy it as there seems to be several activities for summer. For us though, traveling and needing to be accessible to home it didn’t work. Had the property description been transparent, we never would have stayed here.

The place was great to spend a few days. The park had many amenities and the staff was always nice. The bungalow was quite spacious and super clean!

Well the facilities are good for a camping site I will go back...But in terms of communication impossble to get through someone over the phone, once you get tp the reçeption be prepared to wait as culturally, people are quite slow mode version..I was told that because there was only 2 staff members they couldn't pick up the phone... Saying that I will go back to stay longer than a night there is a bit to explore swimming pool, access to the beach, bike riding and lovely fresh smell of eucalyptus.

The management was rude during the check-in not worried to resolve the problem on finding other property.and even asked more money. The property was not clean, smelling like smoking and cigarettes and some equiment was broken. Missing a lot of kitchen items. For the price the quality was quite bad and was missing some important facilities.

This is a campground so there are the basics: a bed, kitchen things and sheets. There are no towels and no wifi except in public areas and the room is very minimal. Fine for a night, but in a road trip I wouldnt choose to stay here again. If I was with a big family trip and we were going for a week, it would be awesome. Just depends on what you need.

It was a great stay. Pleasant, cosy and friendly.The only negative comment is related to the access to the beach being completely unacceptable. Understanding that is not SITAVA’s responsibility but it should be their obligation to pressure the local authorities to change this.

The feeling of sleeping in a tent in the woods with the comfort of being in a cabin. Feel like an authentic Portuguese vacationer. The nearby beach, praia do Malhão, is just breathtaking, and it is walking distance from the camping, about a quarter mile.

Was in a hurry to make the apparent 7pm reception closure. Arrived at the site at 5h30pm was told that the bungalow would only be ready in 30min. Drove to the beach, came back at 6h30 room still not cleaned and the cleaning lady said that it wont be ready until 7h30pm. The whole family was pretty hungry and tired by now. Went to reception, they say 5min.... Went back all they could do is shake their heads and raise their shoulders. Finally got the room at 7h45pm. (Check in was supposed to start at 4pm). Room small, moldy, missing basic necessities. Avoid at all costs!
