Very quaint hotel with nice furnishings. Breakfast included. Very clean. Great location. There was no individual temperature control and the cold environment kept me waking throughout the night. One needs to be able to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. The rooms have windows on the wall to the hallway. Most guests were very considerate to keep the noise down when opening/ closing the heavy antique doors or when moving through the hall.

It is a beautiful and lovely hotel. I was received with so much deference and warmth. I loved the style of the hotel, a historical building, and the way it has been restored. I also enjoy the calm and familiarity of the breakfast area.

There is no air conditioning in the room, the hotel controls the air and comes through an opening above the door, which doesn't allow much privacy in that everyone in the hallway can hear your every move and the hall light is bright which shines in. The vacancy light is also very bright coming through the window.

We had room number 9. The view is of the downtown and the mountains. Loved this old hotel. It is more than 100 years old, yet we were comfortable and loved being able to walk everywhere! Great place!

Room was large. Chairs were nice so you didn’t have to always sit on the bed. Bedding was outstanding. Breakfast was good. We would absolutely stay there again.
