The bed sheets were dirty and with hair, we asked for clean sheets at the reception and we changed them

Checking in was not a problem. It was when I entered the room was where the problem was. The beds were absolutely dirty. It was as if the sheets were never changed out. I found hair on the sheets and under the sheets felt extremely crumbly. Thank goodness I brought my own blankets and slept on top of the sheets. I had to buy a swiffer with duster and wet wipes to clean the floors for my 8 month old to crawl on. I should have taken a picture of the first cleaning - it was disgusting. So much dirt, debris and even a toe or fingernail. So gross. I even found sprinkles of blood around the bathroom floor. I doubt I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

First time, l stayed at a Suite's hotel with a stove and it did not have any utensils or pans to cook with. Since the hotel did not have any breakfast included, l was going to cook my wife an omelet with sausage for breakfast. Called down to the desk and they said l could buy some pans, but they were cheaper at a discount store. Bed was extremely hard and the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine. Also, being in an area where there is always a shortage of water, please lower the water pressure. : )

Ac stopped working in Middle of Night..
Tried using the Microwave to warm up babies bottle set it for 30secs and it the smell of burnt that came off of it was overwhelming and it wasnt the bottle I took it out a few secs after it started becasuse the smell of burnt we were scared the thing was gonna catch on fire.. faulty Microwave the kitchenette cabinets were dirty and splatterd who knows with what.

6/10: Staff and service was good and friendly only downside no handsoap, toothbrush or toothpaste and surrounding area had alot of tweakers walking around or trying to get inside of hotel

This place was scary. It’s not a place people stay overnight it’s a place people live. I got approached by so many men like it’s that kind of hotel. I got to my room and did not leave all night. The neighbor upstairs jumped on the ceiling from 9 to midnight and started again at 5am. The walls were shaking they were so loud. I could not wait to leave. I was legit scared staying at this place!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Area isn’t the best but the property is decently gated. The property is well kept and the room was spacious and clean. The bed could use a pillow top but wasn’t the worst.

Yolanda (front desk reception)was excellent. I didn't like that you have to leave your driving license as a guarantee for the iron, hair dryer, soaps, shampoo you have to request. This property has security, next to it is a bar. I definitely will not book there. I really didn't feel safe.

Was definitely a but skeptical of staying in East Bakersfield but this place was nice. The check-in process was smooth and our room was conveniently very close to the entrance given that i had my son with me too.

I like how convenient everything around the area is and in walking distances as well as the staff are nice and its quiet over all a great stay and I'll be going to stay there again.

This property is clean enough. Not completely destroyed like some other close locations The staff is on top of things. It's safe enough and having a kitchen is a big bonus. It's a little pricey for the place but considering anything else close by it's a good deal. I would come back.

Overall property and room was clean. Appreciated having a refrigerator w/freezer in room. Laundry was good except there is no change machine nor does the front desk have any change to trade with you. No room setvice or any maintenance cleaning provided during stays less than 14 days. You even have to take your own trash out. Not good service for the room rate paid. Questionable characters in the parking lot and surrounding area. Do not leave anything in plain view in your vehicle.

Cleaning services every 14 days. I’m on my fourth week and when I asked if I was going to get my room serviced I was told “oh, since you keep extending online, it doesn’t show you’ve been here that long.” I asked if I could get it serviced, and they just sounded lost. I’ll definitely be going elsewhere when my room is up. Tried giving them a chance. Also in a sketchy area.

The room was disgusting. The chairs were all torn. The bathroom door had a hole that was patched in it as if someone punched it.

They charge you for dirty towels and you have to take the dirty towels or bedding down for replacement, cleaning services is every 14 days which is very inconvenient. And you have to take your own trash to the trash container, if you put it on the side of the container because it full they fine you. For people who are looking for an affordable place to stay while working out of town it’s not worthy. They also tried to break into my car overnight, not very safe. One of the rooms I rented had no microwave for 4 days.

The stay was comfortable. Our a/c went out so it was nice to be in a room with unlimited a/c.

Good for what we needed it for, to sleep. But the odor of cat urine and other very harsh smells in the halls was very bad. Property was maintained well, gated, and felt generally safe.

Stayed here for an extended business trip, however I checked out mid way through stay because of the conditions. This hotel must be contracted for transient housing and have “policies” that are indignant and abusive! You can’t get clean towel/linens without bringing them to the front desk for inspection and you must wash them first or you will be charged extra. Imagine a staff member holding up your dirty laundry in the hallway to inspect it for any stains. Staff is untrained, incredibly rude and confrontational. No supervisor on duty or available. Dogs barking all hours. Would not recommend.
