I was above the Gym so I could hear when they would drop the dumbbells constantly! And the walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the next room laughing and having a conversation. The Shampoo and Body Lotion Bottle was not refilled during mu duration. Housekeeping should be checking these things before a guest checks in. I expected the hotel to also have a better breakfast.

The only reason I took a star off is the air conditioning unit in the room was so loud every time it kicked on, but other than that everything was lovely.

Didn’t offer Wifi simply. Making me fill out a form to sell my private information and get spam just to use it, then wanting to charge ‘extra’ for high speed to stream Netflix. Also NO MICROWAVE. Decent pool and small slide for the kid.

The breakfast was nice and the overall experience was memorable.

Great place for the family to have a base for a quick family reunion. Clean rooms, good service, ok breakfast. At a decent price. The kids liked the pool.

We have family get together at this hotel every year. They always treat us well.

specifically booked this property for the pool & slide for the kids, and unfortunately it was closed. They were waiting for a go ahead from AHS to reopen it.

It was very great.

Drove 6 hours to find out at check in just that pool side and hot tub were not working. Other guests were debating going home since there was no notice etc that the closed the pool.

Initially concerned by a “conference” and expected some noise. Pleasantly surprised. Quiet. Comfortable. Clean.

Loved this room, it was large for our big family and super clean. The pool area was well maintained and the kids enjoyed it a lot. Only issue was there was no extra bedding for our hide-a-bed and it was late when I realized and when I went to ask the front deck for extra blankets they said they didn’t have any available at the time and when we received a blanket it was the worlds most uncomfortable material blanket.

Very new and very nice, it is a rugged town and things take a beating.

Checked in last July 20 to 21 and we called the receptionist at that time for us to help with the television and nobody can help us until 11 pm but we called at 9 pm, imagine 2 hours of waiting. So we are not able to use the tv as also it is hard to navigate that you need to pay first just to see a movie??? No free channels available as this is what I am asking in the front. We called through our room phone, many time, no answer, but when we call using our own phone then we got the answer but still the problem is still unresolved. We are not able to sue the television in our whole stay. Also they charged us 32 dollars because they said that the amount we paid did not suffice with the real amount of the room with the prices of hampton and expedia. That is why we used 3rd party services to search for a lower price and we will just be surprise by the hidden charge??? Not fair. We are expecting to enjoy because it is our first time to stay for the night in GP yet disappointed.

The reason for a drop of 1 star is the practice of charging $200 to your credit card above the room charge. When challenging it I was told “oh you get it back in a couple of days after you leave” a total money grab, having my plus many others money to use for, in my case a minimum of 5 days.

The hotel was lively and the staff were great.

Very nice hotel, fantastic waterslide for children. Will certainly stay there again.

Perfect location for a wedding we attended.

Having a close by restaurant or better (healthier) options available for purchase on site.
