The bed was not a king size bed. The room was like a hole in the wall. I have stayed in way better.

What was unique is that they charge $18 for parking but I still had to park in a public parking space. Room smelled funny but otherwise decent. Close to beach a plus.

I loved the fact the beach is right there!! The area was quiet and had a lot to offer. Follow the signs to the office when you get there or you will be lost. The office is in its own building and you have to pay for parking.

It was kind of hard to find where to check in, and the room was huge but not the cleanest but walking distance to beach and board walk

The only thing we liked was the convenience of the beach . However the property was disgusting. We had a Roach the size of a cigar climbing on our bed . And the room was not equipped with and cooking /drinking/ or utensils what so ever . Everything they said was included you had to put deposits for . Like beach towels 20.00 for a beach towel . No chairs no beach umbrellas no bicycles NOTHING !!! All lies oh and the so called Continental breakfast was a joke and you had to walk miles to get to it .. with this being said there are plenty of other places near the beach with comparable prices , I will never stay with this hotel again …..

Not the most cleanliness place. Found hair in the shower and sink. There was no toilet paper holder, it looks like it has been ripped off from the wall. It smelled like smoke (suppose to be smoke free). We were glad that we only needed to stay one night.

Dont go by the pictures,the only good thing is that is right at the beach. the jumped up the priced when my flight was canceled, the room was falling apart, the toilet paper holder was broken, walls in terrible condition, kitchen cabinets bad, bed i dont have words to describe. The breakfast included was not what you expect, if you are like me that you look at your surroundings before you eat; then you wont eat there. The room was clean but in such a terrible condition. I dont recommend this place

We were there 2 days and nights. Very dirty room and nothing like the pics in the post. A long way to the front desk to the room, outside in the pouring rain. The one girl at the check out counter was good, the other older one was rude to everyone. Not a real breakfast. Warm hard boiled eggs, bread, cereal, maybe an old ho ho, coffee juice and milk. Bananas. Cabinets, tops, doors, walls all very dirty with hand prints, dirt, or something. But like filthy. The bathroom sink was clogged and we couldn’t use. Shelves brackets were on the wall but no shelves. No place to hang clothes. This room had 4 safes? None of them worked? no light covers on the lights. Towels were dirty and smelly. We had to clean a little to stay. We took pics yikes. We didn’t expect first class, just a clean room for the cost.

It was excellent, the beach is two minutes away, many good restaurants nearby, they should improve the cleanliness of the apartment, it smells very fabulous but it is not very clean. But they can improve

Poor.condition of the room, when arrived bathroom was dirty floor, room had sticky floor like it was not clean properly that day.

Nothing is handy cap accessable!!!
There are steps to go in to every room. You need help every time you want to leave your room! And they are not there at night.
Wheelchairs are not welcome in the breakfast room
We paid for a superer king room, ocean view. They gave us the studio, facing the street.

It rained one night and when I stepped out my door there was a big puddle that I could not avoid and I ended up tracking dirt in the suite

The conditions of the property were horrible. The door did not close well, everything looked old, could not tell if hot water was available, they charged too much for the late check out, had to wait in line for front desk service. You would think that a property right on the water would be better maintained (regardless of the price).

Booked room last minute because we were in the area. Area is great, but our room was not clean at all. There were streaks and droplets of blood in the corner, but we were too tired to switch rooms. Pubic hairs were left on toilet seat as well. Two hours into sleeping, we heard the lock open and a guy tried coming into our room.(deadbolt apparently wasn’t working). He ran off after I scared him. Ten minutes later, there was pounding on our door from security who wanted to verify who we were.
Furious I went to the front office and they swapped our room. The new room was cleaner, but sat in an open courtyard where two guys were sleeping in beach chairs most of the night. At 3am they were joined by some friends and i had to call the front desk desk because they were carrying on loudly for almost an hour.
I expressed our dissatisfaction with everything and they failed to attempt anything to make things better

The room was clean and spacious with a full bed and a sofa bed great for our family of four , a few steps from the beach, one slightly inconvenience is the check in because the front office manages about 6 different brand names from the same hotel group, but with that being said I would 100 percent go back Oceanside.

The location me and my husband stayed at was nice the room on its own was decent we found some dirty towels hidden in the cabinets and also the walls seemed like they been though it had unfinished paint but for the price and for the location IT WAS WELL OVER WORTH IT everything was close by literally

Ladies at the front desk very very friendly, however the check in area is about the size of a bathroom and I waited in line 3 times for over 30 min each time. Understaffed, slow, and not organized whatsoever. The property itself was crappy, run down, and very base necessities.

The front desk staff was fabulous. Anyi (Angie) and Gi Gi were both so nice us during out stay.

There was a one staff member who was very rude to my wife at the front desk. Besides that, the room was big and the view was great!

HBH or Hotel Association (16) diff properties directs you to 1 tiny office circus show, where you’ll wait 1-2 hrs on line, whether your booking room or buying toothbrush. Understaffed and def underpaid, the staff hates you and you’ll quickly feel like you are the worst part of their job. Terribly unorganized, while on line, 2 sep guests booked their room, only to return, because there were people already in those rooms.
Parking is $25 a night and despite paying for all 6 nights, i forgot to incl that fee, when i extended my stay another day.
My car was towed, an hr before check-out, just imagine paying for parking, extending stay and shown zero courtesy or appreciation, on the contrary, they actively chose to tow me, just because their miserable and apparently, this is where dreams go to die.

Didn’t eve get to stay at hotel. Had too many surprise fees and deposits that weren’t disclosed prior. Its non refundable, I didnt get to stay, and lost my money.
