It was quite comfortable but then we were only in it 2 nights, had to cancel due to spouse going to hospital. Liked having a hot breakfast, but would like healthier choices, that's all. Weren't able to use the shuttle, but being included is great. Thankful for the staff who were very accomodating, as we had to go to hospital 2x via ambulance and they safely stored our luggage. GOD bless them for that!

We didnt plan on staying here but ended up here unfortunately when our booking agent rebooked us because our original hotel had power outages and couldn't accomodate us. This is the dirtiest and most smelly hotel room I have ever been in. There were outlets hanging out of the wall with no covers on them and several doors to the stairway were either missing or broken. The only positive thing I can report is the sheets were clean. Do yourself a favor and DON'T STAY HERE. I have photos, but for some reason they wont upload.

Just overnighting for a trip the next day. Dropped off rental car and made use of the excellent shuttle service. Food options are limited to delivery via Door Dash. Nice, quiet clean hotel. Neighborhood felt isolated. Helpful, cheerful staff!

Arrived late at night from the airport for one-night stay. Jose got us checked in quickly and efficiently and was very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice shower and bathroom. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, as always! Lots of variety. Overall a good value for the money.

Property was nice although a remote location. Lobby clean staff was excellent. Room was nice but bathroom needs to be fixed sink faucet handle to turn on and off was broke could not regulate temp of water. And bathroom floor was warped felt like i was going to drop through floor it had water damage and tiles old and worn.

Room was ok. Standard room, a little worn. Main issue was getting picked up at the airport. We waited over an hour at the pick-up point before the shuttle finally picked us up. There was another Holiday Inn shuttle that stopped twice in the same amount of time. Later found out that they only send the shuttle at the top of the hour and we had called at 10 after.

We only stayed here one night on our way to Cancun.
I called the hotel before leaving home to schedule a shuttle pick-up when our flight arrived but that was pointless since the shuttle was not there at the time we arranged. We had to wait a long time and call again from the airport to get picked up.
It is worth noting that there are several airport shuttles that say Holiday Inn but they go to different properties. Make sure to confirm the location with the driver.
Fortunately, the shuttle back to the airport the next morning was easy to arrange and on time.
The limited dining option in the area are all fast food spots - obviously not the hotel’s fault but just something to be aware of.
The property was quite clean and comfortable for a quick stay.

The hotel was nice, staff friendly. The room was clean and neat, outside of the shower around the floor could have been cleaner. The only issue was that we got in very late at 1 am and we had intended to sleep in because the check out time wasn’t until noon. The problem was that there was no room darkening shade or curtains on the window only a roller screen. We were at the corner of the building and the outdoor light was shining through our window and the next morning the sun was very bright. Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. We called the front desk and they said that since some storm it was taken off and not replaced and it would be passed on. There needed to be more parking and more signs for directions to the hotel from the east.

I stopped here on a long layover - definitely better than spending the night at the IAH! The shuttle was easy to figure out - kinda. There is A LOT of construction at IAH - but I called the hotel and they helped navigate me to where I needed to be. The only thing I wish would change (and probably in the future this won’t be a problem) is food options. Nothing really nearby and if you’re like me, no rental car. All delivery options were 45 mins+. They would do well with having a little restaurant in the facility!

Will never stay at this hotel again. Everytime I go there something is wrong. Bed sheets were bloody they changed our room went to another and fridge didn’t work. The lady at customer service wasn’t friendly at all.

This property is in need of some maintenance. There was a loose handle on the shower door and other similar issues that show lack of care. There was some mildew in the corners of the shower.

The property did not have any power. After we arrive at the hotel, the front desk manager Mr. Tae informed us that they are not checking in any guest ask us to leave.
The power outage in the property is from hurricane on July 9th and they did not put any efforts to notify me. I had to make an expensive Uber trip to their hotel as their shuttle bus service was not available.
As I asked since they do not have power and not checking in any guest, the answer was “we will refund only those customers who are physically coming “.

The bathroom was horrible. It was not clean and the floor had cracks in it. One of the tiles was so loose I thought we were going to fall thru the floor.

Nice place to stay but they should fix the fill valve on the toilet tank. It takes all night for the valve to fill the tank with water because the flow rate is down to a trickle.

After a 34 hour long flight , we checked in at 3 AM. We requested for a late check out so we can rest a little longer, but the staff was only able to give us a 30 minute extension.

The entrance lights to the room as well as the main light in the bathroom did not work so the entrance area was always dark. I really hated that.
The remaining lights in the room were very small, dim or hidden behind pieces of furniture. In short, the lighting was horrible. Every evening I turned on all the lights that did work just to see inside my suitcase.

The staff was wonderful breakfast was great. The parking lot was not secured a guest had his four wheels stolen right in front of security camera. The hotel would be perfect if it was gated or had security to avoid theft to guest vehicles.

The room did not appear thoroughly cleaned. Walls near toilet were dirty, the couch and curtains had stains, and while the towels may have been cleaned, looked old and not as white as they probably once were. We didn’t have the continental breakfast but it did look like there was a good variety.

Hotel was in good shape and had a good stay. It's close to the airport. It would have been nice if they had coffee made around 4:30 or so in the lobby for those who have 7:00 am flights.
