Friendly staff and amenities
Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, specifically the toilet.

terrible, I hates and I want my money back because they charge me to a wrong card, never help with anything, was racists and rude and never let me rest asking me for payments extras for everything, breakfast disgusting
racists, wrong charges, dirty and they refuse to send housekeeping

Lowest quality Four Points I’ve been too. Looks like they are 3/4 through upgrading the hotel but we booked it for the indoor pool and it was unusable due to the temp

Clean / comfortable room, with a nice bathroom and shower. It was nice to find a safe in the room. The restaurant / bar had reasonable food. A limited choice, but was good quality. It was close / convenient for the airport.
I was only there for a couple of days and had ridiculously early flights, so my use of the hotel was limited. There wasnt anything i didnt particularly like about the hotel.

I’m not sure I liked anything. The lobby are seemed to be nice
the room was dirty, reception was nice enough to check me in as my flight was late but i asked about breakfast and the front desk told me since i booked with booking breakfast is not included however going back to my reservation i paid extra for breakfast. the room was musty and humidity. towels were filled with holes and rips, tons of stains on walls

there isn’t a place to eat . in the hotel there is a restaurant? with only 4 or 5 options. plus the appearance does invite to enter. looks dirty. The hotel it’s located in the middle of nowhere .
Same trash at the entrance of the hotel since the check in time until check out time (6:00 P.M 5:30 AM)
