The tv didn't work, keep losimg signal. Outside door doesn't lock, anybody can walk in at anytime.

Overall a good stay. The lady that checked us in was extremely nice and welcoming. The water pressure in the shower was weak, but was not that big of a deal. The room, towels, and bedding were all clean. The breakfast tasted good, but they kept running out of food for all the guests, so get down there early!

I did not at all like that there was no luggage cart at checkin. Man at desk didn't care. Garbage in front of elevator not collected. Beds ok. AC very hard to control.

Can’t say enough good things about the hotel and especially all the staff. Got stuck in Detroit after the Delta airlines fiasco for two days and the staff here clearly looks into small details from the lemon water in the lobby to how they greet and talk to all the guests. Really impressed with the level of care and quality. I travel a lot for work and this team beats even the 5 hotels I’ve stayed in.

Excellent hotel but it is a bit far away from the airport, so plan for that trip. Thank goodness there was another female on the shuttle going to the hotel otherwise I would have freaked out because where the bus passed was dark with cornfields around, and it felt like forever to get to the hotel. Once I got there, the check in was easy, the lobby was clean and no overwhelming perfume or smell in the lobby. I got there close to midnight so I was trying to see if they had chamomile or sleep time tea where they had drinks, but there was none. Elevator was easily located, got up to the 4th floor, was creeped out because the first room number I saw was hand written on a colored paper. But the rest of the floor was fine. The room was nice and clean. The bed was good, there were 4 pillows for the king bed, which was appreciated. The bathroom was clean and new, fully stocked. I appreciate the full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. I had a courtesy call at 6am for the shuttle bus, which was great since I was a minute late to get on but they waited for me. We left at 6:02. I wish there was more shuttle runs, but it only runs on the hour. I had to leave at 6 for an 8:40am flight then as soon as we left, my flight was delayed an hour. I could have had a quick breakfast if they had another shuttle bus running on the half hour. Will stay again if my flight was not too early. The hotel was quiet, and felt new.

We had to stay here during the Delta tech fiasco. The staff and property were fantastic. They were really understanding and tried to help everyone affected. Thank you to all of them.

Room was overall unclean, and the bedding on one of the queen doubles was torn. Not a terrible hotel overall but did not feel well kept.

Great Staff

Where to start!?! Extra $150 hold that's not disclosed during booking. Our room blinds fell off picture below and couldn't reopen the blackout curtains because the track was stuck. The bathroom sink was dirty and when house keeping came to the room while we were out all they did was make up the bed, nevermind the blind on the floor or the dirty. Staff nor management provided any correction to these issues.

Very dirty and old hotel. Room was smelly and had very dirty carpets.

The staff was friendly and very professional. From the shuttle drivers to the front desk! Brittney(not sure how she’s spells it) was very accommodating with early check in (usually 3) as I flew in day of for a 3:30 wedding! Breakfast was good and fresh! Room was clean.

Queen size beds with a pull out sofa was a perfect fit for my family of 4. So nice that they offered a soft & firm pillow for each person too! Loved the fact our room had lots of outlets for appliances & charging, especially by the full-length mirror!

First step on second floor West flight of stairs is longer than the others

Room was clean, service was polite, but the air system in the room was awful. The thermostat on our room didnt work and it was hot and miserable. Room 428. They said they would put us by my elderly parents but they were in room 216. Usually pick Holiday Exp, but now reconsidering

close to friends and family. lots of business
