Easy check in. No issues. Housekeeping was great and the breakfast was good.

The only non-positive comment I can make is regarding the room refrigerator. The on/off was mechanical not electronic; so every time the refrigerator went on it made a loud enough pop to wake me up. I just turned the refrigerator to off and slept well.

Need all carpets replaced. Our room you couldn’t even walk around with shoes off, my kids tried and their socks where brown with dirt. Allergens in room were horrible as the room was way to dark and no airflow. Smelled like cat urine as soon as entered room. No fan in bathroom made room even stuffier after showering. Pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable you shouldn’t advertise it as an extra bed. Walls next to bed was dirty like someone spilled drink or something on it. The breakfast options were the best thing about our stay and we didn’t even eat there.

A very clean hotel with a frendly staff. This was a very nice place, but the bed was terrible. One of the worst beds ive ever slept on. It was the one large drawback from an otherwise perfect stay.

They were very accommodating when we needed the pillows and sheets changed due to my wife’s allergy.

We had a great family vacation here. I highly recommend this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the food was great.

Overall, it was a decent trip. Hotel is definitely showing some wear and tear. Not alot of maintenance going on. The lady at the front desk when we checked in had no personality and was NO help. This was our 5th stay at this location and may be our last.

Loved our stay, clean hotel

We have stayed at this property two times now and each time we have enjoyed the experience. The beds are so comfortable and the pillows. The staff are so friendly. It is conveniently located in a place where you could walk to an attraction or make a short drive. We will return as soon as we can. Love this place ❤️

Bathroom sink was stopped up, and had flies coming out of the drain holes.

Not the cleanest hotel but rooms were clean. Humid building. We had to blast our AC and a fan.

Everything was outstanding. Location was great. Room was clean. Cleaning staff and front desk staff were very pleasant. The young lady working the bar was outstanding as well. We really enjoyed our stay

The hair dryer did not work properly, the coffee table had a broken leg, there were nut shells under the sofa. There is only an outdoor pool. Right now there is construction on the river side of the hotel which is noisy. The beds and sofa were, however, very comfortable and the hotel is very pretty. On our next trip, we will choose a different hotel. For a Hilton hotel, we were disappointed.

Great hotel and location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable but fine for a couplenights. It was quiet, clean, spacious and close to everything without being on the main strip with all the noise and congestion.

Horrible staff was ridiculously rude, especially the guy at the check in for breakfast was gone for 10 minutes I got tired of waiting so I started fixing my plate, guy was rude and told me to check I. First I said I have been waiting for 10 minutes and he said to that I’m the only one here…… well Hilton that’s not my fault

I booked this particular hotel based on other positive reviews, so I feel the need to chime in with my own after our experience. This hotel room was disgusting; the floor didn’t look as if it had been vacuumed from multiple previous guests, there were scuffs and grime all over the walls, the bathroom was covered in hard water stains. Beyond that, the furniture in the room was cheap and uncomfortable and the mini fridge smelt like mold. The “suite” which is normally 2 rooms divided by a door was in this case just one open room with a hallway, MUCH to our dismay when we arrived with 2 toddlers that needed a separate nap/sleeping area. There was no breakfast offered, only a drastically overpriced and poor quality restaurant that served frozen pizzas from a “brick oven.” My husband and I so regretted not just booking a room at an Econolodge or something; for the price we paid for this room we didn’t even begin to feel we got what we paid for.

Place looked new and nicely designed/built. Restaurant was good and convenient.
