Great place, we will stay there again. Staff was also great. Seemed a little understaffed, each time called the front desk had to hold for a bit. Breakfast buffet and food at bar was beyond expectations. Would highly recommend.

I loved everything here. Only thing wrong was my room was suppose to have a pull out bed sofa with view of the river.

Great location, easy to go around. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends if they like to stay convenient city activities.

We traveled with our small child. When we booked our stay, we purposely picked the room with a king bed and a sofa bed, so our child could sleep in the sofa bed, which offers more protection on the sides in case he were to roll off the bed, or if he decided to sleep with us, the king bed would be big enough so we could have him in the middle. After 9 hours of driving, we get to the hotel and they overbooked. No warnings whatsoever. We were given a different room and had a terrible night. Next day, we were offered to switch rooms so we could have the room we originally booked and we were happy about that, but we had to pack everything in a hurry so there would probably be a chance of us forgetting something in the previous room. On Monday, before we had to check out, we couldn’t find our car keys. Because we didn’t move our car the whole time, we had no use for the key until we had to leave and couldn’t find it. We immediately thought of the previous room and that it probably was left there. When we alerted front desk, the girl was extremely rude saying there was nothing they could do because there were guests staying in that room. After a LOT of arguing, we finally had management involved and they had housekeeping search the room, and of course they found it. This should’ve been found as soon as we left which proves the room wasn’t properly cleaned after we left for the next guests. The whole situation caused a lot of stress on us and ruined our experience.

Great room, nice view of river and mountains, extremely clean , very up to date, Allowed us to check in very early which was unexpected and a huge help. Staff was helpful and attentive. What you expect and rarely get anymore!

My shower wasn't clean

Parking was the only issue. I didn’t know that they don’t have free parking but they offer valet for a fee which wasn’t that bad. Place is well located. I really like it and I will stay there again.

Over all good. However, I did find a stain on the top comforter and some long black hairs in my towels. I was not looking for anything in return but just wanted to let them know so they would change the comforter. It did smell nice in my room. I let front desk know about it and they did show concern. Overall good stay.

Great hotel and great location in downtown Portland! Accessibile to transit and downtown activities and attractions. Some issues with breakfast, staff often not attending and replenishing the food. Pillows a bit thin.

Loved the convenience of shopping and food options and you can walk anywhere. The room is very clean, and very comfortable bed.

Expect to park your own car in the gerage for vallet if its a manual.

There is no parking lot for the hotel. Your options are 49 dollars for valet overnight or pay the meter for street patking or find a parking garage.

Street outside is Very loud and the building doesn’t have good sound insulation. I was able to hear everything in the hallway and noise from other rooms. couldn’t sleep.

I really appreciate how helpful the front desk staff were as well as the valet service. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
