Nice vibe!

Very convenient location, great bar/restaurant with the hideout, nice to be able to get coffee at 6am. Pool is great and being open till 9pm is awesome also. Parking/valet is pricey at $60 per day, so keep that in mind if you have a rental car as public parking is very scarce in Waikiki.

Parking fees / vallet is really getting very expensive that’s why instead of renting a vehicle during our stay we didn’t have one this time unlike last year.

Property was extremely clean and the location was convenient. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and steps from numerous highly rated restaurants. Staff went above and beyond with daily activities for guests and accommodated any special requests. I will be staying at The Laylow again!

Amazing hotel, amazing staff!

The hotel was lovely. They had a welcome package for us in the room and every day had a different little activity for the guests! Between 1-2pm there was free shaved ice!

My stay at the Laylow Autograph Collection was disappointing, especially considering its price range. As a loyal Marriott and Autograph Collection customer, I expected more. Here are the reasons why: 1. Noise Issues: Despite being on the 10th floor, I could hear music and street noise after midnight. 2. Adjacent Room Noise: Starting from 5 AM, I was disturbed by children crying, and people talking loudly. 3. Appliance Noise: The mini-fridge in the room made intermittent loud noises throughout the night. I also noticed it emitted a foul smell when I tried to turn it off due to its noise. 4. Comfort Issues: The pillows(all 4 pillows) were too thick for back sleepers, and the bed was uncomfortably soft. 5. Hygiene Concerns: The bath towels had a strong unpleasant odor, noticeable even without putting them close to my face. Overall, this experience fell short of the standards I typically associate with a 4-star rating.

The hotel does not mention that the pool gets limited sun due to the parking garage and the hotel on each side of it. So there is a certain time of day the pool is sunny, and it is not heated. So do not book property for the pool.

The hotel was excellent. Very clean and friendly staff. The pool was awesome & we loved the shaved ice and fun activities / live music they had daily.

We love that it’s so close to everything, food, shopping and beach. We also enjoyed the live music and dj at the Hideout. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The vibes were top tier at The Laylow. Everyone that I encountered was amazing, helpful, kind and genuinely caring. I really enjoyed the daily activities in the lobby & at the pool. The front desk staff was always helpful & pleasant. Last but certainly not least the bartenders, baristas and performers at The Hideout gave me so many wonderful options for dining & entertainment, I didn’t need to go anywhere else unless I really wanted to. I loved being able to walk to so many options so quickly. The International Market Place is literally next door. The Waikiki Market (higher end grocery store) is only a few block away, and their food options convenience were perfect for grabbing water, drinks, salads, wide variety of poke and so many other options of local fruits, snacks, etc. I was able to book all of the excursion/tourist activities I wanted to try right in the lobby with the Blue Hawaiian vendor that was there daily. I did surfing lessons (twice), a dolphin swim, & luau. All the activities offered shuttle pick-up from a near by hotel, so there was only a 5-10 walk for each session. Each tour/ activity provided safe/ clear transportation and wonderful, knowledge filled experiences. This was my first trip to the Hawaiian islands, and I didn’t want to leave so much so that I cried when I checked out on my last day. The front desk staff was so kind and loving while I got myself together, including the GM who introduced himself. I can’t wait to go back.

Too many hidden fees so pretty expensive

I had a great time staying at The Laylow. The staff and everything was excellent. Everything is walking distance from the hotel. Will definitely come back.

Valet parking services great! Hideout Restaurant not so good, high prices, not so enthusiastic service staff during breakfast hours.

We enjoyed having a room right on the pool. The outdoor chairs were wonderful to spend time in. Proximity to the elevator and restaurant did mean it was loud at night with the music from the bar. Just something to be aware of when booking this room. We still loved it. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel is close to everything

a nice hotel in the middle of Waikiki beach, all was close and the beach is about 10 minutes walk. the stuff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was amazing and the breakfest was the best value for money I ever had !

What a terrible property. Starting with the check in (which was a disaster) to the whole property. The pictures are such a wrong depiction of the property, it is a very small property. Beds are super uncomfortable, one of the worst Marriot properties. Autograph collection is the worst name!

What a really cool, relaxing, comfortable and well situated hotel, right in the heart of Waikiki!

This place is the best place to go shop, right next to awesome little places to eat and the beach is not far away.

We are very glad to have chosen the Laylow for our stay. The location was perfect, with many shops and restaurants next door. International Marketplace is literally right next door. It’s a short walk to Royal Hawaiian and the beach. Our room was clean; amenities were fantastic with free shave ice every day, and a basket of goodies upon arrival to the room (flip flops, snacks, water bottles, a rubber duck, postcards). We loved our stay and wished it was longer. Your search is over- just book it already!

Needs a serious remodel or make over

Well located in the middle of restaurants and shopping mall, excellent customer service cozy and clean rooms. Is my second time staying in Lay Low boutique and definitely will return in the future.
