staff are helpful. location is okey next to a convenient store.comfy room and comfy beds. good stream of hot water. nothing fancy. exactly what you paid for.

The location is good as it's close to SM City shopping mall. The room was comfortable, it'd be better if the breakfast has more varieties.

Poor shower , dirty and terrible, small room

It was amazing because it was in the center of the city, good price, and comfortable rooms. Definitely worth the money.

The reception staff where great, the room was on the small side, but was ok, however the house keeping staff left alot to be desired, most of the time it was non-existent, took away the towels and forgot to replace them , there is a small cafe on site was pleasant for a cup of tea and a small meal, so if this hotel, had better house keeping it would be a big improvement

The location as great since it was near popular malls which were the SM Cebu and Ayala Center. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. The connecting rooms were perfect for groups of 8-10 people. I wished they had a hair dryer and at least 1 bedside table. They provided lockers in one of the bigger rooms which we didnt use.

The view is nice especially from the restaurant,paid for buffet and end up with an ala cart meal,not enough pressure in the shower plus it had no courting which made the whole bathroom wet even around the toilet so not woth it for the money

No restaurant no bar no minibar water only on 1st night. Room very small no bedside tables very cramped room

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. They do their way to make your stay comfortably. It was sad that the room they assigned to us was very smelly/foul odor coming from the sink. First I thought it was gas but later I was like rotten stuff coming from the sink. When we entered the roo the first time it seem the have been vacant for a long time. But when I complained and demanded to be moved to another room, they fixed the problem.

Very professional, staff are friendly. Super clean love it the most. I will definitely be back to stay here when I’m in the city.

If you need to stay just for sleeping purposes near seaport, airport and malls (Sm and Ayala) this is the place to crash in.

Simple accommodation in the city....a little noisy as our room faced a busy street outside..but maybe other rooms are more quiet

After a PHP 300 taxi from the airport the welcome at the hotel was good, however, the wrong room was given (two singles and not the queen asked for) and it took to the following day to be resolved. Aside from that slight problem the rooms were comfortable and clean, if needing a little TLC. The wifi was very good and quick enough to do most things with ease. The breakfast that was provided was good, a good selection of options was available and it was easy to swap out items (i.e scrabbled egg instead of fried egg) and didn't take long to arrive. The hotel itself was only a very short walk to SM Mall Cebu and the facilities that a mall brings. There was a very nice cafe within the hotel complex, and all the food they provided was good for two people. My wife and I enjoyed eating in this cafe. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable, at a good price and with friendly staff.

I booked and paid in full with hotel.com 2 rooms for 3 nights for my my wife and daughter and family and at checkin only got one room and after complaining very early next morning at hotel.com customer service Mobolo Royal Hotel finally straighten it out gave keys to the 2nd room for the remaining 2 nights but in different floors and later to the same floor ....service was very slow and rooms are ok.
