The front desk staff was courteous and professional at all times. Mr. Nyelle was always super helpful. We found Vernon to go the extra mile as well. They are great representatives of The Morgan.

Great Hotel and staff very clean and friendly. This resort offers a great balance of tranquil/ quiet & Elegance. A plus to this hotel is that it's literally waling distance to the main Maho Strip with a multitude os restaurants, bars, shops and cafes.

The pool was nice! Food was excellent in the restaurant for breakfast. The room was a decent size and modern.

Disappointed the pool closed at 7pm.

2/3 nights we stayed there water & electricity kept cutting off, balcony door would not close we informed front desk and they said someone would come and resolve the next day but no one ever came! But the morning of us checking out maintenance came stating they were there fix the issue with the balcony door that was so crazy! We also let FD know that water & electricity kept cutting off and they advised us that is happening everywhere in St Maarteen and it was nothing they could do about it because their depending on a generator, they should at least let ppl know beforehand that we will be dealing with these issues while staying there b/c I could’ve gone somewhere else! Supervisor also stated she would waive any fees that were put on our room but my friend was still charged so she lied which was very distasteful..

The Morgan was a great stay. Property was amazing and has a great ocean view as well as plane views. Customer service was excellent. Only downside is the on and off power outages. It wasn’t for long at all, only a couple of seconds. So I would definitely recommend this property.

I was not able to make it to the hotel due to my flight being canceled from the hurricane. So I never made it to the hotel nor did the hotel or expedia grant my refund for my trip that was canceled last minute due to a natural disaster! Something that was total out of my hands.

Overrated property! Have to work on level of service ( is mediocre for the money you pay) this goes for the whole of St Maarten

The property is too expensive for how unorganized they are. We had our flight changed, we notified the facility, but, once we got to the hotel the receptionists couldn’t find our reservation. Many others had issues with their rooms and with check in. Additionally, when we tried to use th receptionist who handles excursion, she had a horrible attitude, wasn’t friendly at all and very short. My mom & I were appalled by the service we received. We even notified the manager and nothing was done. The property is beautiful but, some aspects made me question my stay.

Customer service was poor at the restaurant the manager on duty Sunday 8-12 was rude and argumentative and front desk they were not friendly. The pool staff were flirting while on duty and did not return for assistance. The bell hop and valet were perfect and helpful and kind! The door bell was ringing for no reason and the air conditioner was working on and off.

There is some stuff to like about the Morgan but be aware that it is nowhere near Philipsburg despite what Expedia tells you. There are very limited bars and restaurants within walking distance. We visited in early August and the resort was clearly at the end of season. Our first room had multiple maintenance failures, we got so tired of calling reception. Some of the food appeared to be past its due date. Housekeeping was erratic and the pool was clearly in need of the deep clean that staff said was happening in a couple of weeks. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend the Morgan or its location in Maho. Try the French side of the island for better food too.

I really like the location. It would be great if the resort could add a mini microwave in the rooms and put a ATM on the property for the tourist. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.

Such amazing staff and amazing service, they were very helpful and friendly would definitely come back. Rooms are also up kept and the property is super clean.

This property need some serious maintenance, pool cleaning, room maintenance!

I worst check-in experience ever. I arrived at 3pm on Friday and did not receive a room until 7pm. The room that I paid for wasn’t available. I had to settle for a lessor room. Once I got into the room, I noticed, there was pubic hair on the wash clothes and hair In shower. The room also had a damp smell. My fist day of my vacation was a complete waste due to the poor service of the hotel staff. The room I paid for was not available for me to move into late Saturday afternoon 5pm. The bed was still as a massage table and the sheets were cheap.

Loved the fact that it was close to the airport.
