I worst check-in experience ever. I arrived at 3pm on Friday and did not receive a room until 7pm. The room that I paid for wasn’t available. I had to settle for a lessor room. Once I got into the room, I noticed, there was pubic hair on the wash clothes and hair In shower. The room also had a damp smell. My fist day of my vacation was a complete waste due to the poor service of the hotel staff. The room I paid for was not available for me to move into late Saturday afternoon 5pm. The bed was still as a massage table and the sheets were cheap.

Loved the fact that it was close to the airport.

The casino and the area getting to the casino were FREEZING COLD!!. I usually gamble every night when I'm on vacation. I didn't get to gamble at all because it was always too cold. We had to walk through the casino to get to the shopping and marina and dreaded it every time. Even the men in our group complained of how cold it was. Everything there extremely overpriced. Not a lot of food options. Several female employees really rude. Security guard harassing us to show our room keys to leave the hotel, but didn't check the people in front of us or behind us. When I asked her about it, she gave a rude answer and kept yelling things at us after we continued walking. Female employee in shop in marina also rude. I asked my daughter to read a price tag because it was smudged. It was $487 for a basic dress. When I asked the employee for clarification, she said "I THINK she already told you it was $487!". I did not buy anything in that shop.

The Morgan is amazing. I have gone back several times and this hotel never disappoints.

Concern the Checkin process..... I requested a pickup on the airport and I waited more than 50 minutes waiting on the Airport Shuttle!! I called the resort 3 times andeach time they told me the bus hasnt left as yet and its leaving soon. Besides that when I finally arrived the checkin process took extreme longggg. The problem seemed to be that I booked through Expedia and it was giving them some trouble. But nevertheless I had a nice stay at the Morgan Resort and Spa. I would book again but definitely arrange my own transportation.

Great views, great restaurant on-site, many nearby walkable restaurants and new Maho beach. Several front desk and pool bar staff were not friendly.

I loved the close proximity to Maho Village. Lots to do and things to eat. Staff was very helpful with arranging a shuttle to tour the island.

This property looked very beautiful in pictures, however in person it did not meet my expectations. We got a regular pool view room which was located on the first floor and we were directly in front of the kitchen. We were also only just a few steps from the lobby, so you can imagine how loud it must've been at every hour of the day/night hearing all the guests come through to head to their rooms. This rooms patio was also super close to the outside bar, and the live performances were just too loud. Housekeepers did half the job multiple times during our stay. We would come back to only one bed being fixed, but not the other. Our sink kept clogging up from day one, and the pool closed way too early at 7.pm Mon-Sat and 6:30 p.m on Sundays. Even though there was only one restaurant on property, it was amazing. The food was amazing every single time, and the pool was beautiful. If you like to swim, they have the perfect 6 ft deep pool for you with a really cool water slide as well. The staff were nice but not really friendly. There is no beach access at this hotel. Its closeness to the airport and the free shuttles are a plus.

My husband and I were looking forward to trying out this property while in SXM, but sadly, our plane couldn’t land due to the weather, and we got stuck in Antigua. My husband called the property immediately, and I emailed them, but they NEVER responded. I know we were past the cancellation period, but we at least wanted to speak to someone and see if we could transfer the booking to another time. To this day, no one has taken the time to respond, yet we received a “thank you for your stay” email. I have never dealt with such unprofessional service, and I suggest that if anyone decides to book a room here, go right through AMEX so you don’t have to deal with a hotel that doesn’t value your booking after you pay.

The Hotel itself is nice. I love the fact that you are provide with an Airport Shuttle which is convenient also a market (Maho Market) near by. All the staffs are friendly and pleasant too much to name. The only problem was the lights shutting off from time to time (couple of minutes) other than that my Daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

The resort needs a huge upgrade. Its not worth what your paying for. The rooms are in bad shape and need makeovers. The first room they gave us had hair all over the place the sheets had stains on them. We asked to get another room and that room was average at best. The food is not great. There was hair all over the place like they never sweep. I would never stay at this resort again.

Property was very close to airport, and also walkable to beaches, dining, nightlife and restaurants. Property was kept cleaned and well manicured. The staff was very friendly during check-in but and were also pleasant throughout the facility for the most part! I had a good overall stay!

Beautiful property, friendly staff

I loved the property and the amenities that were available were great. The food on property is expensive for the portion received. The pool has a beautiful view, but closes at 7 pm.Also, there werent a lot of towels provided during our stay.

I would stay there again

Property beautiful, most staff members are extremely nice and willing to help friendly. Some not so much but that was ok. They were willing to fix any issues that was presented. Room was clean overall, no complaints in regards to that part.

I had a wonderful stay at The Morgan Maho beach. Great stay with friendly staff, super clean rooms, and a really cool rooftop viewing deck on the top floor. The restaurant onsite makes tasty food and the location is unbeatable!

The staff are very friendly and very helpful 😀 🙂 👍 😊
