There were stains on the linens and a hair in the shower, not a deal breaker but also not what I would have expected for the price of the room.

Overall great. We were a bit annoyed when check in was at 3 and we arrived at 4:30, but no room was ready til 5. Otherwise, the room, stay and service was good.

The mattresses were not good. We woke up with sore backs. The air conditioning was broken and my daughter slept with her coat on.
The room coffee service was less than adequate- no stir sticks and the coffee was low quality.

First visit was good. Second time, bottles of body lotion were empty and so was the bath body wash! Early the next morning power outage, no emergency lights working in the hallway or staircase. Had to use are phone light to get down from 4th floor to lobby floor, carrying luggage! We are to seniors that had 2 children with us. You need better protocols in place for such incidents.

There was a power outage which started at 5 AM and when we left at 10 AM, services were still not restored. We weren’t offered a discount for the inconvenience of this.
The fan in the bathroom wasn’t working and the room showed a lot of wear and tear for the age of the property.
