The hotel is located quite close to the ubud market. The monkey forest and Central market are nearby attractions.

The stuff was friendly and the room were very clean and good. We had a room with the balcony to a locals home. They had a bunch of dogs and cats. They were barking all day long even in the night. That was very frustraiting. The Breakfast was not really good. Just the normal stuff. We would have liked some special fruits and stuff like that.

The conditions of the common areas like the pool and restaurant is good, but rooms are not as well kept as shown in the pictures. Staff is really nice and accommodating.

Boutique resort located north of Ubud. Lush greenery covering ravine. Infinity pool on two levels. Beautiful Balinese architecture- notice elaborate roof carvings at the main building; rooms with contemporary Balinese decor. Excellent service Shuttle car to Ubud Palace.

A really wonderful place to stay in Ubud. It is located a little bit outside the crowdy city area, a little up the hill. But the quick 15 min walk is worth the calmness.
The rooms were great and clean. But you can see that it has already been in use for several years (also at the pool area). The only thing I can complain about is, that the air conditioning made some noises like some paper was stuck and was flapping against the walls when in use. But we somehow forgot to tell the staff about it and I am sure they would have investigated, when they knew about it.
The breakfast was enormous and delicious, the staff was always friendly and the overall hotel made a wonderful impression. We had a really pleasent stay for five nights.

I ended up booking this on a whim because I had used expedia to book Suparsa Homestay across the street but despite me paying for my room ahead of time they had given it to someone else. At 9pm I was stranded with a huge suitcase trying to find a solution. I was disappointed in Expedia and have learned not to use them in Bali as this has happened to many tourists.
Once I found the Best Western, they felt so bad for what happened that they upgraded my room by three levels without me asking. They were very friendly and kind. I slept soundly as the hotel is very quiet. The trees at the back were an incredible view for morning coffee. Breakfast was buffet style. There’s a nice coffee machine and good service. It’s good food, but if you can swing a top rated cafe of course you may have better food (it’s all within walking distance) although the ambiance is nice around the pool. Thank you so much!

Rooms, location (15 mins walk to Ubud center), property were all comfortable, nice staff, clean everywhere, great pool, a big spread of breakfast. The only negative point is the lack of lift which led us to walk on the stairs 3 floors but not bad for youngsters like us.

Gorgeous hotel with really nice staff. The location is a little out of the main area but they have a complimentary shuttle that operates to the centre so is really convenient.

Pick-up service from centre of town is very disappointing, On check out you have to wait so they can check if you stole something from your room.

Such an amazing hotel. There were a few bumps during the stay but they took in all of my requests and made it special for my anniversary. It was unfortunate that the room they have upgraded me was rather poor in air conditioning and the changed room had an issue with the bathtub, but all in all has been a pleasant stay. The bed was amazing and the view and the tranquility away from the buzz is well worth. Breakfast is really top notch quality and I know why people were raving about it. Delicious! ❤️

For the most part the property is nice. It’s a little outside Ubud Centre but it’s quite which is good. The most upsetting part of our stay was the hotel booking us a taxi to the center and it costing 150,000. This is more than 3 times what it costs when you flag one. We also got a very small bit of washing done by the hotel. It came back to us in excellent condition and the same day but it’s cost more than 300,000 which is laughable. All in all we paid almost 800,000 for 4 drinks and our washing to be done. This caught us by surprise when checking out.

Excellent place and all as described in their description. The staff is great and always make sure you are satisfied with your stay. Very clean and the very quite. I will definitely come back when I am in Ubud again!

Lovely hotel, very clean and great location - walking distance from Ubud centre. Staff were very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible, despite a few misunderstandings. Breakfast was nice and the pool was great, never too busy.

Also, check out I was not happy with staff service. She have to let us know me before I ask her about good to go. Because i had to hurry to next place. I hurry to go. She saw. Room clean was just fair. I am not planning to go back to the hotel again.

It is a great hotel with all required for a relaxing stay - only negative is the distance from city centre which the hotel compromised by a free shuttle bus which worked great
