Location great for Kizikay Hotel room very noisy from the road outside Hotel room was very small for a standard Other than that it was clean

Very central and close to Kizilay square. 3 minutes walking distance to metro station. So many dining options around. Breakfast at hotel was adequate. Room was small but enough for one person. Staff was extremely helpful. Overall my stay at this hotel was pleasant.

It was amazing , friendly staff , clean room, and 5 minutes walk to the main town , the only downsides was the breakfast , there is no hot food and not much to choose from, however overall it was such a good stay .

The room was clean, the location was reasonable especially for the applicant of US embassy, the price also is logical, but I was not satisfied with the breakfast, it was so simple, but the clerks behavier was too friendly and nice, totally thanks alot

The staff are very nice. The room was tiny. Bed and bathroom were very clean. However, the carpet was not. It is the room size and carpet condition that lowered my rating, otherwise a decent place.

Best Hotel I have stayed in below 200 trl per night price range in Turkey (out of 12+ hotels).The building seemed new. Clean bed. Great breakfast (soup, simit, etc). COViD-19 complaint. Spacious bathroom. Great location, near city center but quiet. Staff put me on the 8th floor, which was great. Next to police station so no shady activities in the hotel. Negative: My room card had issues so they had to escort me up, I didn't appreciate that. Compact room. Overall, best value for the money at current exchange rate.

Well I don't know how to start this.. but here we go... I've book this hotel with good deal. Everything was good, until I've missed my flight. I tried to reach to Hotels.com, no answer.. I've called the hotel Internationally, found out they don't speak English!! Asked a friend to call them and tell them if i can move my booking the following day. They informed him, its external booking they cannot do anything about it, but once i come in morning I'll have to check out at 12pm!! Arrived at hotel the following morning at 6Am, to find out the room I've book and paid for in advance, it was given to someone else!! I just couldn't believe they're action, how could they do double booking for confirmed and paid room? Basically the hotel was fully booked.. or I can say overbooked.. knowingly that I've missed my flight and coming to the next available flight any time in morning.. yet they give my room which I've paid for to someone eles, and I have to check out by 12pm... And not any compensation given.. unbelievable act.. unprofessional and unresponsable.. The only okay thing, I've got free breakfast and it happened someone checked out early, they clean the room quickly and got it in about 1 hour, with late check out at 1pm. The facilities at room not bad, but this greedy behaviour is unacceptable from both side.. the hotel and Hotels.com.. Its unlikely I'll will ever book room with either one of them.

The staff was so nice and attentive. Breakfast was a bit different then others we had in Turkey. It was a nice change. Parking was in front of building or very close by. Covid safety was a high priority for them. Multiple WiFi options Central and safe neighborhood

Location of the hotel is great especially for those who use public transportation. Employees are helpful and devoted. Pros: modern furniture and decoration + turkish tea at the lobby. Cons: small rooms+carpet floors

Her yonuyle harika bir otel. Kahvalti calisanlar oda ve oda temizligi. Kizilay bolgesindeki kalinacak covid ortaminda en iyi otel. EN: This hotel was really superb in an array of every ways. Firstly the breakfast was good. In addition to this, the personnel were so kind to work your problems out very rapidly. Room that I stayed was nice and very clean. Despite of being cleanliness, everywhere was so clean. The personnel gave a huge importance of cleaniness likely they put a hand sanitizer. Based upon what I have already emphasized my ideas so far that it was the best hotel to stay during Kizilay District.

The hotel need’s for something to be better, there are no water heater for making coffee and tea , the room is too and difficult to move inside, Sheets and towels are old and need replacing , the view is not good, no glasses in the bathroom, the carpet is old and dirty, just the bathroom is good with nice shower , and the location is so nice and everything we need is around and few meters to the restaurants , cafes , markets and the public transportation .

I have been staying at this hotel for a long time. All COVID-19 measures have been taken and it is a very successful hotel it terms of cleanliness. The staff is friendly, helpful and hardworking. Thank you very much to the hotel officials and staff. I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay !

The hotel is located near Kizilay Square which gives you access to almost all the amenities you may need as a tourist in Ankara. Also it is walking distance from Anitkabir. The hotel staff are very kind and warmhearted towards foreign tourists. However, they seriously lack the ability to communicate in english, in which case the google translate comes to your rescue. The horrible smell of cigar will fill the room whenever the AC is turned off which is leaking from the WC's fan. Given the prices, I would say this hotel delivers more than it promises to.

Overall the hotel served my needs but there were some things that could be improved. The wi-fi worked but was very slow. There were no electrical outlets to charge my phone, I had to disconnect the fridge to do it. The toilet seat was broken and should be an easy fix.

This place is amazing. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The manager is really nice as well. The place is very clean. I stayed here for about 3 weeks, and it was awesome!!!

Perfect location to explore Ankara, close to public transportation but still not too much traffic in front of the hotel. Small but clean rooms, very nice staff and good breakfast! Would definitely recommend staying in this hotel when visiting Ankara for a few days!

The small room that looks like a grave makes the trip horrible. The hotel is so small. No parking. Staff are not helpful . Once they know I did not understand Turkish, they started to speak Turkish to each other teasing and disparaging me. I literally felt their racist behavior.

Breakfast is very basic it is not a 4star hotel breakfast

The hotel was good. I would stay there again. I just wish the emprove the breakfast.
