The hallway walls need to be painted due to visual wear and tear on the paint. A few ceiling tiles appeared to be falling down in the 3rd floor hallway. Overall, room was excellent, staff was friendly. Breakfast was not very good. The warm display case was broken so you had to ask for items. I was going to eat an english muffin and it was rock hard, so I could not eat it. This hotel has a great location and there is a great breakfast/brunch restaurant next door.

Hotel room was dirty and sheets smelled of sweat. This property has not been well maintained. I stayed there when it first opened and it was nice. Too many road crews stay there during the week with no maintenance on rooms.

Noisy air conditioning, couldn't sleep. Blind did not work. No hand soap or lotion. Wouldn't pick this hotel again.

I was a bit disappointed with this visit. I stayed at Home2 a couple times last year and the hotel has definitely aged more than a year in that time. The breakfast was very minimal and the room seemed worn and not as clean as my earlier visits. The first room I was assigned had no working vanity light, no telephone connection and the window shade was broken and stuck in an open position. They did change my room at my request. It is still comfortable and convenient to Ole Miss, but needs a thourouh cleaning, improved breakfast, and a bit friendlier service.

Convenient to go to the square for restaurant and shops. I noticed parts of the property felt disorganized. There was machinery out on our floor. The breakfast was stale and not really great. The hotel property was well taken care of and in a secluded area, so it felt safe. The pool isn't super friendly for non swimming toddlers. There's only 1 small set of stairs. I would return with those expectations in place.

This hotel has excellent management. The manager himself will go the extra mile to ensure all his guests are happy. He was always in the checking or lobby area. How refreshing.

Great property and stay. Front desk was very nice and professional. Breakfast was good; they served sliced sausage, veggie omelet with cheese, breakfast sandwich with sausage/egg/cheese, bagels, cereal, and oatmeal with the toppings. Tea, coffee, and lemonade served all day. Our room was very clean and spacious with a full fridge and kitchen. I will definitely book at Home2 Suites again in the future.

Everyone was sooo nice!!! They made a special accommodation by allowing me n my family book early due to being inconvenienced by another hotels bad experience. It was wonderful!! I will definitely be return on my next stay with them in October.

Nice, could have been a bit cleaner. There was a left over washcloth in the corner of the bathroom from a previous guest. It was an honest mistake and in a difficult spot. Only negative is we stayed for a ball tournament and after playing all day then feeding the kids dinner they wanted to swim but could not because the pool closed at 9. Even on the weekend. We did have a nice lady that let the kids swim a little longer though! ❤️

The room was a nice size. It was just two people but we don’t like being crowded and this room was perfect. All bedding was polyester but didn’t feel hot at all. Pillows were down very comfy. Kitchenette was supplied with everything we needed, there were plates, cups and utensils. Nice size fridge. Sofa was not comfortable, but we barely used it. Pool was small but me and my daughter had a whole pool to ourselves so that was nice. Closes at 9. They have coffee or tea all day and breakfast was actually not bad. They had cereal, bagels, juice, egg sandwiches and small bowls with eggs (this was too salty but could have been great if they had leas cheese on it). There was also fruit, muffins etc.and make your own waffles. If you are too picky you may not like it but it was fine and free.

The property was so close to Ole Miss. Large size rooms with all the space that you needed and they were very clean in the rooms around the common area and in the parking lots. We will definitely be booking this property every time we come down to Ole Miss. check in and check

The property location was great for the activities we had planned. However, the customer service and cleanliness was an issue. I have a severe allergy to down/feathers and I called ahead to make the hotel aware of this situation. When we arrived there were no pillows in the room. My husband talked to the front desk and they assured us that the pillows would be in our room when we returned from dinner. At 12:30 AM there were still no pillows. I called the hotel manager, the assistant manager, Hilton corporate and no one answered or returned my calls the next day. I contacted Expedia and they tried to contact the hotel and the front desk wouldn't answer the phone. Finally, at 1:30 AM they delivered 3 thin pillows to our room.
As far as cleanliness, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the carpet needed to be vacuumed.
