Our stay was wonderful! The staff was fantastic especially Joan and Gean! Their hospitality was above and beyond! We will be back.

Great room.. very nice hotel.. easy to get in and out of.

The room was clean. Had a good view of the island. Had trouble getting the keurig coffee maker to work when it did work coffee was Luke warm. Sofa bed needs to be replaced. Cushions were flat and arms were worn out.

This hotel was awesome. The breakfast had so many choices, the staff were very friendly and accommodating with questions, and it was close Pigeon Forge - The Island which had a water music show and so many different types of stores. Great Hotel - will stay there again on our 2nd trip to Pigeon Forge!

It was a very nice and clean place! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot was warm and we loved them, it was nice after a long day of touring the city. Our only complaint is the trash trucks banging at about 4:40am every morning outside and you could hear inside the rooms.

We’ve stayed here numerous times , this was the worst . Our bathroom had trash under sink from previous guest . We were kept awake till midnight due to loud music coming across the street . I call 2 times to the front desk they were not interested in what I had to say and acted like it was no big deal . The front desk was rude . We will probably find another vacation spot .

Checking in did not go well first they put me in a queen instead of a king then when they changed the room they sent me to a room that was already occupied which is very dangerous after waiting in lobby for over a hr we finally got put into a room they blame it on us booking through a 3rd party I’ve used hotels .com many times and this has never happened except for this location

Great stay- it was a friends & family trip, and the location is wonderful! Right on the Island. Everything is within walking distance & it is a very safe environment. We will be back!

Our room faced the road and it was extremely noisy and hardly got any sleep. We arrived a little early and I asked the front desk to let me know when our room was ready because my wife wasn't feeling good. Unfortunately they never let us know. I just went back up to the desk at the official check in time, and of course it was ready.

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever been anywhere! From the elevators, lobby, the room, beds, pools, even pool bathrooms, all spotless. Our only issue was almost being runover with a 2 year old several times with all the scooter drivers everywhere all over town. Not sure if they were with the hotrods for the weekend or a separate group. But otherwise, the hotel was very nice and relaxing, close to The Island and family friendly.

Very noisy, traffic noise was terrible and having all the amenities across the parking lot and a busy road meant we didn’t use them. Also parking across the road was inconvenient. I’m handicapped so that contributed to the lousy parking.

Love Margaritaville. Not worth the price though. It is like an old Ramada Inn with a tropical face lift.

Great location. Staff members very friendly. Parkway rooms were loud in the evening and past midnight, but it was fun to sit on the balcony and watch the goings-on. Pillows were good but bed too hard for my liking. Room was comfortable, otherwise . A/C works great! Complimentary breakfast is ok if you’re looking for free. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Liked the stay. Close to atteactions. Didnt like huge electrical transformer right outside balcony. I understand this is no fault to hotel.

The views are beautiful! I would recommend the 7th floor parkway side for great views of the mountains! My family and I were visiting for a wedding. It turned out to be Jeep event, 76,000 were expected and was a lot of fun! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
