The hotel is close to the highway and relatively close to the city centre (Altstadt). We used the taxi service to get to the city centre and back, which saved me a lot of stress. The roads were were very busy with traffic since all af us wanted to see the Christmas Market. Which was great.

Really nice hotel located conveniently in walking distance to the town centre. Staff was extremely nice and helpful providing advise pro-actively. Would definitely recommend and stay there again 👍

Breakfast is good, room is good

The stay was as usual very comfortable in an excellent atmosphere. The rooms are very super comfortable beds. The breakfast room can be a crowded at peak times, but included breakfast is very good with something for for all.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Limited dinner selection. Took cabs downtown for restaurants. Nice grocery within walking distance. Good to have garage parking in inclement weather (had 4 days of snow).

Nice Hotel about 1.5 km walk to town. Hotel refused to credit my Hilton account points as I had booked through Expedia, which was annoying. Equally no acknowledgment that I was a Expedia gold member, not asking for red carpet but whats the point in earning status if it means nothing? I will stick to Accor hotels as their program acknowledges your status. RM

Hotel was very easy to find. We arrived early and was given a room which were very pleased with. Room was clean very modern as is the whole hotel. We eat in the restaurant that night which was not expensive but good. Room had a shower only but very good. Found staff helpful.

Main road location and purple colours make it easy to find. Underground car park has direct lift access to rooms and reception. Room large and in good condition but bed was a bit too hard for me. Decent breakfast.

In the evening when I was going to bed I found out that sheets and pillow contains drops of blood when I asked for cleaning nothing happened. Then the other day I had to shout at the reception to get a new room. Hotel has terrible cleaning and you can find attached how dirty are the bathrooms nearby breakfast area. The shampoo and soap in the room was not refilled. It contained on the water. Receptionist ( I guess his name was Mitlu) was very arrogant and completely incapable of solving situation.

This is a dog-friendly hotel, so I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed 6 nights with my family. We had 2 rooms. The welcoming was quite enough But unfortunately there were no housekeeping during our stay which is so disappointing for a Hampton chain hotel. I changed our towels, ever time I took new ones from reception. I put the dustbins in front of the door in the mornings. If you don’t place them outside no one emptying the bin. Of course at the end of 6 days, because of not cleaning, the rooms were too dusty and dirty. Also bed and especially pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast is good.

No cleaning unless we asked for it and then unsatisfactory. Disappointed as I have stayed there a few times before and had a nice stay.

The tables looked like they were set up for breakfast! Reception staff were extremely busy with about 20 people waiting to check in so unable to ask. The receptionist told us the next day when we checked out that the restsurant was open 4-10pm. At 6pm there were no one in the area eating, no staff around in the bar area or table area. So we assumed it was closed. The receptionist apologised and said she would speak to her colleague and let us off the parking fee.

Excellent hotel on the outskirt of Aachen city centre. Spacious room, exceptionally comfortable bed, bathroom with excellent and wide shower, very good breakfast with the possibility to sit outside in a small terrace. All at a very convenient price. Surely recommended for a visit to beautiful Aachen
