The general manager and assistant manager were so welcoming, friendly, helpful, caring and supportive! Definitely will be coming here again when we visit Wisconsin! Thank you guys for being the best and helping us out when we saw false advertisement! 10/10 recommend anyone to come here if you need a hotel!

Great location for your weekend or weekday activities. Short drive to Buckhorn SP or Wisconsin Dells to avoid some of the traffic. Easy on /off highway access without all the noise.
Not Queen beds as advertised but still a nice size.

Stayed on second floor, could hear people on the floor above us simply moving around early the next morning…couldn’t rest well. Overall the room seemed dingy; unfinished carpentry around the baseboards, kind of a funky odor, etc. The only reason I would even call a “Comfort” Inn again is to ask where the nearest Hilton is.

I don’t know hiw this hotel is rated 8.4, terrible presentation, hotel itself and staff members, when we arrived we were told the hotel was "overbooked" and the guy at the front desk made us feel that we were "lucky" we got a room which had terrible smell of smoke, the hotel in general stinks and it has poor maintenance. Breakfast was not that bad but we wanted to leave this property as soon as possible so we didn’t eat. Please avoid this hotel.

It was Great! It must have just opened, No musky smell,Room was wonderful ,the only thing I didn't like was the over cooked sausage to hard to chew, otherwise everything was great 👍

There was a mixup in the transfer of our reservation from Americinn to Comfort Inn. But the lady at the desk was very knowledgeable, got us a room and straightened out the problem. Good service

Staff was friendly and helpful, but not in uniform and somewhat sloppy. The hotel looked contemporary with good paint and flooring. The bed was comfortable, but the mirror in the bathroom was smeared, and the room had a strong musty smell. The drain in the shower was almost completely plugged. The breakfast was standard fair, the waffle machines were frustrating people because they were indicating they were done, when they were far from it. The tables were greasy and full of crumbs. Overall, you couldn't get more average.

We loved the room. The microwave broke in our room and Josh was quick to replace it with a new microwave. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from and they made sure that it was filled quickly. They were very friendly and we definitely will be back.

First room no tv, no working phone, and refrigerator not working properly. Moved to another room and was very satisfied.
