Safe clean property with pleasant staff

Beautiful boutique hotel in Lagos. Easy access to restaurants and bars. Rooftop pool. Friendly staff.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect. The pool on the rooftop was great. The location is ideal proximity as it was a short walk to either the Marina restaurants or into Lagos town. If I was able to offer any suggestions it would only be to increase the menu options for room service to include smaller less expensive snacks.

Zero customer service and management. The hotel is infested with aunts no matter what room they change you to. They came into our room without permission to spray bug spray. We couldn’t sleep all night from the smell and they didn’t really care and denied it. They refused to compensate us in any way. The hotel is fully aware that they have a problem with aunts and they should advise the customer upon arrival and give them the choice. We went to see the hotel next to it,they advised us right away that they have an issue but offered us a a special price due to the problem but unfortunately they couldn’t accommodate us for the time we were there.

We had a great stay - room was clean & comfortable with patio overlooking the marina. Highlight was the rooftop patio pool and excellent dinner at the restaurant!

Management needs to have a serious look into the budget! Right now the kitchen are trying to save money on not making enough croissants and the rooms lack basic consumption articles. To begin with, the hotel never offered a tour of the location when we arrived. Normal practice is to show the room etc. the room in itself lacks things such as conditioner etc. it’s clear that the management is trying to cut costs. Also the layout of the room is a joke. Glass doors to the restroom and shower, WHO in the world wants that? The sink was located in a completely different part of the room. Very weird the whole thing. Further on the breakfast is supposed to be open 8-11. The problem is that they start the closing process at 10.15. Do not expect any refills on the tables after that time. The waiters are very good guys, the problem is the kitchen. I could even hear them debating with each other. Embarrassing actually. The result was that the kitchen refused to heat up more bread. That chef should consider a different job. The waiters even encouraged me to make this complain. It sounded like it wasn’t the first time the kitchen created problems. I explained the inconvenience to the reception. Kind people but no action whatsoever. Maybe for the future the hotel management can do something about this but unfortunately our stay wasn’t more than a 2 star motel in general.

The concierge was very helpful first and second shift. And also the serves at breakfast where friendly and polite

Wonderful hotel - very stylish. Lobby, restaurant and pool area very nice. Loved the room. Check in was easy, very efficient and helpful staff. Well located across from marina and very short walk to Old Town. I would stay here again.

Fantastic! Location, Room, BREAKFAST!!!

Very friendly staff and nice common areas, including lobby and rooftop deck/pool. But rooms with no separate bathroom and a toilet separated from the bed by just a frosted glass door lacked the privacy expected of standard accommodations.

Hotel was beautiful , staff was great , location was also great , only downfall was the open glass shower .. a little inconvenient to have privacy when you are trying to get ready if you are with friends / family .

Great hotel anc restaurant. Rooftop pool is lovely and walking distance to anything you would want. Rooms could be a little better setup for privacy as bathroom and shower is quite open to the rest of the room

We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon in this hotel. The breakfast was extremely good and the people in the service team so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the hospitality and we will definitely come back again

Great place to stay if you’re in Lagos.

This hotel was beautiful and such a great find. There aren’t a ton of hotel options in Lagos, but this one is BY FAR the best. The hotel is clean, has beautiful views, great complimentary breakfast and amazing staff. I have to mention Isa, who checked us in, gave us amazing recommendations, and then later came to our room to help us escort a little lizard that had come in off the balcony back outside😂. The staff here go above and beyond, and it was a fabulous stay. I can’t recommend more!

People were warm and very attentive. Good English speaking and helpful staff.

Perfect location. The hotel had an issue when we checked in on Saturday. They could not make door keys. So, each time we needed to get into our room we needed a staff member to escort us. A bit frustrating. Breakfast was great.

The fact that it was around the corner from the bus terminal and very close to the train station was a huge plus!! Rooms were nice, well serviced and beds comfy, didn’t realize there was a button for a blackout curtain until day 2. Staff were friendly & able to book boat tours. Could store luggage, rooftop bar and pool very nice. breakfast was AWESOME!! Would definitely stay here again, close to shopping restaurants and marina. Best hotel of our Portugal trip!

The most incredible hotel! It was by far the nicest hotel in the area and had a perfect location. The rooftop and huge breakfast made the stay so special. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends family that visit!

We loved this hotel. Room was spacious and wonderfully decorated. The location was central but quiet. Staff very helpful. The only complaint is not enough English speaking tv channels, mostly a German clientele.
