This is a new property and still has the fresh and new smell. Very clean. Room was nice and had comfy pillows! Close to casino area. Would recommend!

Mr. Curtis was very nice upon our arrival, other staff not so much. The other front desk worker was not friendly. There also was, I believe to be a kitchen staff worker, that was rude the second morning of our stay.

The rooms were a good size. Quiet. My issues were the hairy bathroom floor(the front desk lady came and clean because housekeeping didnt come after 2 hours), the showerhead only released water from the middle and was very fragile when trying to move, water fixtures were not cleaned!, fixture directly under faucet was yellow dirty and not cleaned, shower gel/shampoo dispenser and holder was had caked up dirt and rust. The tub was a dingy yellow, around bottom where floor met had not been cleaned and had brown dirt, toilet caulking had come loose and was dirty as well. The carpet was stained all over the room. The beds were hard but the pillows were nice

The hotel was very clean & smelled clean. It was a great stay , 10 minutes from everything . The only complaint was no kind of shade at pool area. Not even umbrellas.

Nicely appointed hotel and room. Large business, breakfast and lounge area. Hallways were well lit and whole hotel felt updated and well maintained. Very nice breakfast with wide variety of choices as well as hot food selections. Also very close to Casinos.

The room was clearly not cleaned. Everything in the room was stained, including the lamp shade. The phone was broken so I walked to the front desk to request new bedding. I was handed a stack of bedding to change myself, there was black mold in the shower, which we didn’t realize until late the night of the stay. We overheard a similar issue with a different guest and their room as we were leaving.

There's a Target 2 blocks away if you forget something.
The rooms and the complimentary breakfast are nice and priced right for the area.

Room was ok. I like that Dove products are available (soap/shampoo/conditioner), but dispensers were rusty. Overall ok. Breakfast 👎 TV didn’t work in our room (but mgmt adjusted our bill).

THE BATHROOM SINK WAS STOPPED UP, THERE WERE DEAD BUGS & SPIDER WEBS ON THE AC UNIT, THERE WAS HAIR ON THE BATHROOM TOILET & FLOOR, THE CURTAINS WERE DIRTY, THE CARPET NEEDED TO BE REVACCUMED, NO HOT WATER IN BATHROOM SINK, HALLWAY OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM WAS DIRTY

Disappointed with my stay in this hotel. Thank God it was just one night. They had the most uncomfortable bed and pillows , even my kids suggested that we just sleep in the car. AC was noisy in the room . My The pool was dirty. The all - cold breakfast offerings was very minimal.
I love that they have Coffee and hot chocolate available at the lobby 24 hours. Staff are not friendly and welcoming.

Came into town for a family funeral with my husband. Booked the room online for a double queen but when we arrived they said there were none available and it had booked in error. They apologized appropriately and put us in a nice king on an upper floor away from the elevator as requested. The next morning a large baseball group must have wiped out the breakfast because it was a hot mess and there wasn't anything left for us. Also only one of the two elevators were working. Thankfully we were okay with using the stairs.
All in all we would stay there again because it was comfortable, convenient and the front desk service handled the situation as best as they could.

I was very disappointed with our stay at this location. The bathroom was dirty, the shower had long strands of hair in it. The floor was full of stains. And the worst part of it all, was that the air conditioning did not work. The thermostat did not work, it read 78 degrees. I did reach out to the front desk rep, she stated there was nothing she could do.

Assigned to a room and found the bathroom with dirty towels on the ground and tooth picks in the bathtub. Talked to the front office and said they would let the supervisor know with no follow up.
