Only stayed one night at this apartment. It was basic but very clean.

We only stayed one night as our flight had changed but these apartments are very clean and had everything you'd need. Kitchen was well equipped but you might want a freezer section in the fridge if you were staying longer. Staff were very polite. We also preferred the resort to the one we had stayed a week in.

Very nice and quiet property. Beds could do with updating but the whole complex was very clean with new towels every second day. Would definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed these appartments

This is one of the best value for money hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful views, friendly staff, basic but well equipped apartments. I will definitely be staying again.

Good small hotel with moderate-sized pool and Gym and very welcoming receptionist Paula. Pros: very good quality beds and good all-wooden furniture. Excellent sea-view, good allocated parking, lots of towels given (but not the big beach towels). To improve: unusable frying pan which was strongly scratched since no wooden spatula was provided. No tea cups, only small coffee cups. A lot of smoking neighbors created horrible smell on the balcony. Please, host smoking and non-smoking guests in different wings of the hotel!!! Another issue is absence of mosquito nets in the bathroom ventilation! Even in winter, mosquitos got through the bathroom ventilation into the room and bit our kids.

Clean and basic, friendly staff, good location, would recommend

First time here, gem of a hotel, staff very helpful, traditional Spanish decor in the large rooms, might not be to everyone’s taste but we liked it. Beds very comfy, no air con but fans were available from reception. Large swimming pool, not heated but was very welcome as the weather was extremely hot while we were there. The hotel is at the top of Calle De Cesar Manrique road, approximately 5min from the main strip, some might find the walk up a little tough but not an issue for us. We expected some noise from the main road behind the hotel but we heard nothing. Gated entry, so felt very safe. Extremely happy with our stay here, so much so we’ve booked again for New Year.

Nice, peaceful complex with spacious apartments and a lovely pool. Nice little touches like free use of fan for the apartment, water in the fridge on arrival, iron, ironing board and hairdryer in bedroom, washing up liquid and sponge in kitchen and a TV with a couple of UK channels if you wanted to use it. Games room with vending machines was handy and the complex is gated so felt safe and secure. Reception is also staffed at times throughout the day. Pool is saltwater and pretty deep which was lovely, busy at times but generally not overly so. Sunbeds outside downstairs apartments and several round the pool - no sunbed wars, no towels being left on them in the middle of the night which was a refreshing change! Taxis only a few euros if you don't feel like walking back up the hill after drinks and dinner and only a 5 minute or so stroll down the hill to the strip, very central. Staff were helpful and friendly, fresh bedding and towels several times throughout our 2 week stay and regular cleaning. Apartments perhaps a little dated but for us it was only a base to relax and sleep so not an issue. Would definitely stay there again and recommended to anyone looking for a nice, quiet base near to everything.

Fantastic apartments, the owners really have thought of every little detail. Everything you will need during your break is provided ie washing up liquid, dish towels, powerful hair dryer. Walking distance to the main strip, complex was quiet. Will definitely return. Fabulous place to stay.

The apartment was really clean and spacious. The receptionist was very friendly. It was walking distance to the beach and the main strip in Puerto del Carmen. We were very happy with our stay.

Nice apartment not so far from the center. We had got an apartment just next to a road, so it was very noisy from traffic even pedstrians all night long.

Clean and complex was helpful in letting us leave our cases as we were early and also letting us use their facilities after check out

A lovely and peaceful apartment, staff are friendly and happy to help. I wish there was a little more to entertain the kids, however ideal if you're going on your own or as a couple and looking for a peaceful apartment.

Basic property, the hill from the strip is quite steep, but clean rooms, plenty of space with a kitchen and living area. Felipe was great, ordered the taxis when we needed them and great fun.

Good communication by text before visit. Welcome on arrival. Apartment had toaster and kettle, plus towels. Balcony space to one neighbour open plan which may not suit everyone.

Perfect over night stay. Good facilities, comfortable & clean. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Will stay again.

Really cannot believe the quality of this place for the price. Fantastic base for a week on beautiful Lanzarote and just a 15 min taxi from the airport. Hotel and rooms spotless. Rooms have everything you need. Up a side street from the main strip so quiet. Pool was freezing but it was late November! Highly recommended!

I can only recommend you stay here! The small complex has everything you need and more. The staff is super friendly and helpful, there’s always room in the swimming people, the appartments are comfortable, it’s a 10min walk from the beach and you have plenty of supermarkets around open until 10PM. They have a few private (and free) parking spots that are super convenient, and if they are all taken there’s a street behind with plenty of room as well. The only recommendation that I would make to the staff is to forbid music/radio in the swimming people, as some guests think it’s ok to listen to whatever they want without headphones, and that’s not fair to the rest of guests (agreed, it’s a lack of politeness on the guests’ side for sure).

When we arrived we were greeted by Juan who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was very good and very clean, daily cleaning kept up the standard. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and would probably go back.

Apartment very clean and spacious, only stayed 1night so didn't use the pool.Only issue we had was getting into the resort as gates are kept locked, we keot ringing the bell but nobody came,in the end a resident came to let us in.

The apartments were a bit outdated but it’s worth the price . I had a good time very close to shops and restaurants bars transports . The swimming pool water was freezing so I couldn’t use it . But facilities are good . Location was very good and a good size apartment for me travelling solo .staff very nice and helpful. Cleaning rooms every day . Overall I had a good stay definitely comeback.
