Great location! Especially convenient with many food choices below the hotel. There’s also a ‘hawker’ centre and Pasar Malam near the hotel.

Room design with balcony and direct acces to playground. But Got mosquito inside room.. bed frame all feel wet and smelly.. bedsheet not clean and skin got rashes after stay.. non-stop nosiy sound overnights...

Simple facility, very convenient location serrouded with some restaurants. Unfortunately traffic super jam during school holidays. Wasted time stuck in traffic for more than an hr just to Kea farm. Overall still good experiences.

Decent sized room. Nice and clean. Rather disappointing close proximity to boiler/plant rooms didn’t let us sleep through the night. Noise coming from water pipes was unacceptable

For family, go for 2 bedroom suite, it is spacious, quiet and easy access to playground. This hotel is on top of a shopping complex and the shopping options are nice and cheap. Also ground level of this property has many food options including a pizza. Walking distance are more food options including Indian vegeterian and a small night market.

Very hard to find the hotel. No obvious sign around the building. Must put more sign or bigger around all corner. Very difficult to find your entrance.

Room is spacious and it is in the middle of town where all facilities are present just a walkable distance. Food was good. Staff were very kind and professional. Pleasant and good experience.

It’s not a clean. Towels and bed sheets have some spots. WiFi does not cover the whole room.

Overall quite good. Rooms fairly clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast could be improved...quite basic for stature of hotel. Location is very good as near to food and amenities (and you avoid the traffic from tanah rata to kea farm which is very frustrating)

The amenities in the room is not maintained well e.g. shower head is broken. There wasn't any plates and utensils for a room with a kitchen sink.

It was a very comfortable place for me and my husband! Everything was really fine! The receptionist staff were all friendly and helpful. As well as the kitchen staff. They help us on getting the table for our breakfast since there is no table left for us. They are all so concerned.

Like : Room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the balcony a lot as it comes with amazing view!The breakfast spread came with a good selection of local and western dishes.Dislike : The hot water unfortunately ran out quite fast while we were showering

The location of the hotel is good. The employees lack training and hotel business skills. The cleanliness of the room is bad although it’s a fairly comfortable hotel. Badly managed and badly kept in terms Of house keeping. Although we have raised the issue to clean the room where we doing cigarette ashes as per the picture it was still the same.

The hotel is well located within a 5-minutes walk to the bus terminal & taxi office of Tanah Rata. Its also located right in the mall so self-service laundry, food and amenities are all easily accessed from the hotel. The room we had has a beautiful view into the mountains, just remember that you will need to either have a tour or taxi driver to move around Cameron Highlands. Its our first-time in Cameron Highlands but definitely recommended stay!

Rooms are spacious, however not very well equipes. Shower has running water, Italian shower not working
Very loud inside the hotel, every noise gets extreme because nothing that reduces noise, only marble/stone
