This hotel was very nice and had a fun vibe.

Friendly staff, comfortable, and clean. I had to change my reservation date at short notice due to work schedules and they were very accomodating and good to work with.

Always our favorite place to stay when traveling and even when not since this is where we staycation. Staff is always super nice and helpful. Hotel is clean and smells good, beds are perfect and hot tub and pool are amazing. The banana bread this time was a nice treat as well.

The Silver Creek Hotel was clean, the staff members were courteous, and the room had everything we could need. The Continental breakfast was an amazing spread and was a huge plus for us! The bed was comfortable and we had a mini fridge and microwave in our room as well plates, bowls, and utensils. Our only complaint is that the pillows were very small and most of them had a huge lump on one side that made it difficult to sleep, but we both agreed that this doesn't affect our review of this hotel because everything else was amazing! We'll probably just bring our own pillows if we stay here again.

A quick overnight with group of friends for a concert in the area.
Hotel was a good choice. I would stay there again. A couple friends did not think the beds were comfortable but mine was fine.
I could not get Kuerig in my room to work but coffee bar in lobby was very nice.
I need GF foods so hotel breakfast had li.ited options for me.

Planned to check in at 3pm, but was met with a sign saying they were out picking up a guest at the airport and would be back around 4:30. When you don’t have even 24hrs for the cost of one night, I was a rip off as well as inconvenient. We were staying for 2 nights, so when I asked for a late check out of 12:30pm, I was told that I could only have 1hr & had to leave by noon “because they had guests checking in”. I mentioned being inconvenienced & cheated out of 90min of MY original time, they didn’t care, said they were limited to 1hr extension & could not accommodate my request….ZERO hospitality & for $220+ a night, I WON’T be back.

The property is on a major highway, so getting into the parking lot is a problem at times. Eating and shopping are a litte far.

Brian, the concierge, was EXCEPTIONAL. The room was spotless and even though the hotel seemed fully booked, it was silent. Highly recommend !

We arrived very early and i was able to go ahead and check in and when our room was ready they called us to let us know. Very nice staff.

Overall a good stay. The staff that we interacted with were very professional and polite. The pool and the hot tub were fantastic. The location is a solid spot for the small town.
My biggest issue was the floor in the room. It smelled heavy of pet urine, in my opinion. My wife disagreed, but it was immediate when I walked in. The carpet was pretty damp throughout the entire room. I checked with the front desk and they said the rooms with king beds recently had the carpets cleaned. Not sure exactly what was going on, but not pleasant.
Overall though it was a decent spot to stay.

The hotel was clean and convenient for our trip. We were disappointed that they didn't have a TV Pckg that we could watch the Olympics, very limited selection of channels. The morning breakfast
