The property was nice but we were not aware that the pool was closed when we booked the room and would have not chosen this property if we had been aware. Also the water pressure in the shower was so bad that we could hardly take a shower

We are a married couple that booked this hotel with a male friend because they have the seperate pullout in the living room area. They gave us a suite where the sleeping area was all together. It was very awkward and this was an expensive room and trip.

Nice hotel in a convenient area if visiting Sarasota. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable.

We needed a place to stay because of a hurricane. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating to my family and dogs. The hotel is clean and updated and the rooms are comfortable. We will go back, this time for vacation.

Zakk and Lindsey we fantastic. So much so that we never left the hotel They work so well together Also Julian was a beautiful young man very kind. They were so great to talk to and they took amazing care of us furthermore all of those around us

My family and I checked in on 10/3/24 and checked out on 10/7...two days before hurricane Milton made landfall, and we were waiting for the Breeze trolley,... bus,... whatever, to take us to the airport. When we finally saw Breeze driver turn the corner towards the hotel pick up area, he/she didn't even stop at the designated spot to give us a chance to walk out from the hotel lobby. They just blew by the pickup point (clearly marked as any other mass transit stop) and kept going. Wind was already kicking up, it was raining, and we had a flight to catch. After we told the hotel manager what had happened, he asked his shuttle driver to take us to the airport; even though the hotel shuttle does not pickup/drop-off at the airport or beaches. The hotel manager was very empathetic and apologized for the inconvenience (even though none of it was his fault). Long story short, our stay was very pleasant, the entire staff was cordial and accommodating, and the management went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! May god bless and watch over all of you. AAAAA++++++!

At this time $37.50 for parking under hotel, pretty expensive but then it is a stay at the Embassy Suites! There is a $25 fee automatically charged. They say needs to be used at restaurants, will be taken off your bill there. If not used you still pay it.
All in all an AMAZING stay!

We had a great room with a beautiful view. Breakfast was awesome with made to order omelets! Location is great with great bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The only negative was an extra $60 a night for parking and a destination charge? No mention of the parking fee when booking the room. Also the pool area was a little small and hard to get a chair. Other than that we had a great stay.

I only stayed one night- Had to leave because of a hurricane coming- The hotel offers 2 free drinks from 5-6:30, a $25 credit in the restaurant (I got take-out another drink and a pie). Free breakfast.
This is a hell of a bargain. The hotel is pretty basic, but has a pool and some nice views. TV is not super smart- could only watch netflix.

Amazing! The bartenders Zacck and Savannah was awesome. They are the ones who td us about the $25 fee. It wasn't described well. It was a great hotel,pool view was awesome.

Only complaint is that the parking garage is entirely too tight and cramped. Be careful with your cars

Check in was at 3pm but our room wasn’t ready until after 6. We went to the restaurant to eat and waste time waiting for the room and on top of our waiter not speaking or even understanding English, it took hours for service. I literally had to ask if they forgot about us and they just laughed. Then at checkout they charged me for parking even though I don’t have a car. Trying to remove the parking a mistake was typed and it took about 20 minutes for someone to help fix the error. I will never stay at this Embassy Suites again.

Very clean and modern hotel. 8th floor restaurant is really cool. Staff was very friendly.
Shower water pressure was not very good and there was no body wash, the only disappointment.
Would love to be back!

The hotel is very nice, rooms are exquisite and so spacious. I love everything about the rooms and the restaurant and bar is amazing! Unfortunately there is one thing that I didn't particularly like about the hotel and that is all the extra fee's, parking fees and destination fees.

Nice hotel, clean rooms . The view was great from the room and pool…. My main issue is paying $35 a day for parking … The gate for parking never closes they don’t even take your plate number….. but want you to pay…. $25 a day resort as well. When booking non of this was mentioned…

Hello,very good hotel but what they charged me in the end was a lot the parking twice and I only one day,plus other charges like 25.00 twice as well and that was not what I agreed on from the beginning.

I book this hotel because I see the pictures and by mistake when we get there my husband by mistake select the wrong date we spoke to the hotel explain that we came with 3kids from Miami just for the hotel and guess what they tell us sorry we can do anything so we have to reserved another hotel and we lost the money

We are building a home in the area and have been flying to Sarasota monthly and have greatly enjoyed our stays here. Such a walkable area. So close to restaurants, retail, and lots of options for a walk.

Lovely hotel and amazing views. There were six of us (2 adults and 4 children) and the room was excellent for our needs. Breakfast was busy, but very good and the pool was great too.
