Lovely staff!

Beautiful property with the nicest most helpful staff you could ask for. Probably one of my best ever hotel stays would go again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was excellent. The location and facilities are perfect, but what truly made it special was the staff. Everyone was warm and helpful and invested in making sure we were comfortable. The food at every meal was wonderful. Would highly highly recommend.

The Golden Temple Villa is a relatively small facility, a few blocks from the downtown area. There are a number of eateries between the hotel and "pub street"/night market area where you can get a good meal and $0.50 draft beer. The staff are extremely attentive and ready to help. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably sized to spend a bit of time in, plus the lounge and poll facilities downstairs effectively increase the effective size as the whole place is rather intimate. There is a spa on-site, and we got a couple of nice massages. Good breakfast.

Entire staff is very helpful - from letting us check in before check in time to providing help with connecting with our tour operator to getting us facilities for bath after check out, to making excellent restaurant recommendations etc. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again on next trip

The staff are amazing and attentive. Phaedra was the best! Highly recommend this property. Pool was great as were the rooms and the food! Location is also walking distance to Pub street and night market.

Very nice property. Very clean great staff. Location very quiet but only 5min walk to Pub Street or plenty of tuk-tuk on street at the front. Only two areas of improvement would be to note no elevator so stairs only. Just two stories high so not a lot but for those needing more accessible access may be an issue. Beds are also hard which is normal in SE Asia. They can put a topper on mattress which they did for us but still a little hard. Rooms very spacious, great toiletries, lovely pool area and very tranquil. Very recommended for couples.

Excellent hotel - the location is convenient - quite close to the town centre. The hotel itself was very chic like a boutique hotel and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel also has a lovely restaurant on site. The pool is in a courtyard and so is fairly shaded from the sun - but that is not a bad thing. I would definitely recommend this hotel

this place is a wonderful hideaway from the loud crazy that can be Siem Reap. my sister, my aunt 2 cousins and 2 nephew have all stayed here at different times- highly recommend this gem if a sanctuary hotel

The atmosphere of hotel was not good as staffs lacked a sense of tension,but hotel fee was reasoable.

From the minute we walked in to the hotel, the staff treated us like we where VIP’s we had great room with lots of space, a lovely bathroom and a fantastic bed with beautiful bedding. Had a meal in the restaurant the first night and once again they delivered. If you want a quiet relaxing day you have a great pool to cool down and mins away from all the nightlife. Please don’t take my word, check it out yourself, it won’t disappoint…

Our group of 8 had a terrific experience at this hotel. The service was excellent starting with a personalized pick up service from the new Siem Reap airport 50kms away to the welcome reception, daily service, and drop off at the airport. The massage service (first one complimentary) was very good (the compression oil massage in particular) too. We enjoyed a nice breakfast spread everyday. They took special care to feed us vegan food which we highly appreciated! The hotel manager Moon is a great host. She helped organize daily trips with a local guide and van and we truly had a pain free and relaxing trip overall. Highly recommend! The hotel is just a few mins walk from old quarters and pub street which made it super convenient in the evenings.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and great stay during the weekend visit to Angkor Wat and Siem Reap.

I have loved staying at this location in the past, but I was disappointed that it was closed when I arrived for my stay. I understand this was due to the corona virus and I hope they return soon. This is by far my favorite place to stay in Cambodia.

We loved everything about this hotel and we wish we could have stayed here longer. I did so much research about where to stay in Siem Reap and all the amazing reviews for this property won me over and let me just say, they did not disappoint! A couple days before we were supposed to check in, the hotel reached out to us to get our flight arrival details and when we landed, they were ready and waiting at the airport to pick us up. Check in was a breeze, we sat in the lobby and provided our passports while staff took care of the rest. We were given a welcome drink and snack while we waited. Our room was wonderful, spacious and decorated beautifully to help us celebrate a special time! They provide plenty of drinking water. We booked a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat for the next day with a private guide and driver, the hotel took care of everything for us and it cost $85 ($40 for the driver, $45 for the guide). They even arranged for breakfast boxes to take on the tour. After our tour, we returned to the hotel and enjoyed complimentary lunch, followed later by complimentary dinner. Both were wonderful so if you get a chance, definitely eat here! The staff were so nice and remembered our names. We kept saying to each other what a great time we were having and how much we wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely stay here, this hotel and their staff are amazing!

I honestly cannot think of a single thing I disliked with this property. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, and everything was phenomenal. Believe the hype, people!

Free message for 2, free dinner for 2, free shuttles, free breakfast. They booked day trips for us to the temples. They really take care of you here!

Everyone and everything here is great! From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the moment we returned to the airport we were treated like celebrities. Everyone (I’d name names but worry I’d forget someone) gave you their undivided attention; the quality of the food, the facilities and services were all first class. Our tuktuk driver, Phollo, was awesome the two days we hired him. Thank you so much for an amazing stay in Siem Reap!

Amazing property, had a great time. The staff was extremely attentive constantly bringing snacks (no charge) and cold towels (due to the weather). Upon arrival we got so many cupons we didnt pay for a single meal. Would go back.

It was warm and welcoming. The decor was modern. The rooms had a great floor plan for 3 people. The shower and toilet had their own separate room. We visited Siem Reap for my mother’s 60th. The hotel staff made it a little special by decorating her room with flowers and balloons. They also surprised her with a cake. We were all thrilled! The pool is saltwater. This is a must stay hotel!!

Amazing stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Staff could not do more for you, food was great, location perfect. Would def stay here again
