It has never been a disappointment. I've stayed here every time I visit for business or leisure, and the service has always been outstanding. The customer service team is exceptionally well-trained. On a few occasions, I've forgotten items in my room, but they were always recovered for me. This time, I accidentally left a very important item in the safety deposit box and needed it shipped to my home country. The entire process was handled incredibly well, thanks to the excellent team at Hilton. A special thank you to Dezza, who was particularly helpful throughout the entire process. Definitely my first choice of stay all the time.

Great breakfast at Kusina with the kiddos and the little playground inside of it makes all my babies happy playing. Nice variety of food for breakfast. Over all it was a great and nice stay. Definitely will come back again.

Nice staff

The location,service and amenities were of high quality. We only stayed for one night but the room was clean, and beds were very comfortable. We are a family of 4 and the room was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was beyond our expectations. So many choices and the staff were very attentive and very professional. The pool was beautiful. It wasn’t busy at all and the staff were very kind. The pool was very large and very clean and looks like it had been kept up nicely. Overall I don’t have anything negative to say. The reception staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Dom was so helpful. He allowed us to have 2 extra hours as our flight wasn’t until 6pm. Thank you to all the staff. Our stay was short but perfect.

It was great experience

We stayed here because we had an early flight the next day and was extremely impressed. Its very close to the airport. One of the best values we have found while staying at a Manila hotel. Very comfortable beds and a spacious room. Nice amenities too…great pool.

We had a fantastic time overall. Our room could have had a better view instead of the industrial roof, but not a deal breaker. There were also minor issues such as sink plug needing to be replaced but had been dealt with efficiently. We did have some issues with breakfast inclusion for our teen daughter. Flight and hotel rooms booked via Expedia for 3 persons - my daughter could not have qualified to be booked as an adult as she is under 16. Our booking summary clearly stated “free breakfast “ inclusion. Nothing to detail that inclusive breakfast is just for 2 and it wont make sense if it were as the booking had been made for 3. We were advised that we only have inclusion for breakfast for 2. This was escalated to their manager. They were considerate enough, via front desk staff Jeremy, to honour the breakfast for 3. This could well have been an issue between Expedia and the hotel arrangements, and we believe the clarity of terms and conditions and their WORDING need to be worked on to avoid such technical issues in the future. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location, staff are great and helpful, and we’ve had the best breakfast buffet at this hotel. Lots of trainee staff in the breakfast area during our stay and they may not always get your requests right the first time but hey ho, we have all been learners and newbies in the past. Props to them for working hard!

Customer Service at the Hilton was fantastic. Would recommending staying here as it is convenient to the airport and connected to the Newport Mall for a variety of dining and shopping options.

I booked a room for my parents and they were amazed with the experience. They were bragging how exceptional it was!!

Breakfast was superb, lots of choices. Except that the Danggit wasn’t crispy enough. I tried using some of the machines inside the Gym & I would say it’s impressive. Not sure if there’s any sauna.

There is a charge for the shuttle. It was cheaper to run a taxi to and from the airport. The shower was having a difficult time to pull hot water. The food was excellent, many options from many countries. Service was good, unyielding for some options. Late check out comes at cost. Deposits need to be in Peso, and they don't work with debit cards. $100 bills that you want converted have to be the new prints (blue stripe) or they won't be accepted. They did say that you may have requested early/late check in, but that had no ramification on their process (waste of effort). You work under their rules, and the customer planning and agreements prior to arrival had no value.

It’s close to the airport and SM mall. The area is safe. The hotel is quiet and staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet (Filipino menu) is average (not something that you would be back for).

it would have been nice if not for the delay in the checkin time… called the property at 3pm.. room not ready, called at 330pm room still not ready… 345 pm time when key was rcvd… checkout time not even offset given their delay with the checkin time

Reminded me of vegas

When I first arrived was a little confusing where the reception was however every staff member was on point making sure I was welcomed and asking if I needed anything. From the reception staff to the morning breakfast staff I felt as if I was the owner. Place is utterly beautiful room was amazing and comfortable. Food and drink available 24/7. Breakfast buffet was best I have ever been privileged to eat from. Vast variety to choose and always fresh. This will be the only place I stay on my trips to Manila going forward.

My parents, daughter and niece had an amazing stay at Hilton Manila. Their international flight arrived early but they were given a temporary room to relax until the room that I booked for them became available. I think that was very nice. The kids loved it that they want me to book this hotel already for next year's summer vacation.

La Cucina food is not so great. Everything is salty and food is mid.
