Al Manara is the best hotel we’ve stayed at during our Jordan visit and definitely a must stay if you’re ending your trip in Aqaba. We started off in our trip Amman in a “5 star” hotel where the experience was horrible, dirty and old room, and very expensive and frankly bad food. So heading to our last stop we didn’t have much expectation. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! First of all we had no ideas Al Manara was in fact under Marriott hotel brand. It’s actually part of a larger development where it’s situated next to a Westin and more hotels being built right across the way. The service from the concierge to the restaurant staff were all well trained and is comparable to any big city 5 star hotel. They even offered us a 4pm checkout time knowing we had a very late flight. The rooms were spacious and clean and have everything you need. Al Manara also has several pools along with a private beach, perfect for unwinding after driving through the length of Jordan. The food was also terrific! Food in Jordan frankly is a bit hit or miss, same cannot be said here. The food not only was on par with a major city, it’s also very affordable! We happened to be there during Christmas Eve and enjoyed a scrumptious Christmas buffet. And as an added bonus , if you’re a cat lover definitely ask to sit outside. There’s a pregnant mama cat that roams the restaurant politely asking for food, and there’s also many kittens eager to be fed as well (as long as the bossy mama cat isn’t around, the

Al Manara was faultless and impeccable. It was a great stay. The hotel is beautiful, all the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet delicious and the area where the hotel is located is beautiful. It is also very easy to park in the hotel and walk to explore Aqaba. This is a great place to stay!

From the personal attention of our concierge Karen (Argentina) who was wonderful, always rapidly responding and going the extra mile for us to have an amazing week stay. To the food and attention of all the restaurant staff who always had a smile on their faces and great fresh food. To the room cleaning service who would make our stay special leaving decorative towel arrangements on our bed. To our guide and driver Amar from Discovery Jordan who was amazing and took us to Petra, Wadi Rum and The Dead Sea and brought us a special gift the last day. I cannot say enough nice things about the hotel itself, the management, food, beach, tours, everything was great. I would highly recommend!

This hotel was incredible- we think it might be the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast and dinner was so tasty and the pools and facilities (including the spa) were amazing. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel looks great and has an amazing beach and infinity pool overlooking the beach and the desert mountains. The staff are amazing, and feel they always go beyond to make guests happy.

Very good experience

The service in this hotel was one of the best I have experienced in this region. Truly exceptional from each employee we encountered starting from the check in process. The building will soon need some upgrades and refurbishment. Amenities are ok but the service will make this hotel one of the best in Aqaba.

What to say! We really enjoyed our stay here, all the staff were super friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. The pool and private beaches are very clean and aesthetically pleasing. We especially enjoyed the daily bonfire and tea at sunset on the beach. Would definitely recommend! We enjoyed the beauty of the resort, swimming in the lagoon before sunset, eating the fine buffet dinner (including freshly broiled fish and some other seafood) on the patio, the quality of the room, the view of the Red Sea and lagoon from the room's balcony, the gentle cats on the hotel's grounds, the mild northerly breezes in November, swimming and sunbathing on the beach on the Red Sea, and the focused effort of the hotel staff to make the stay perfect.

After visiting Amman, Dead Sea, the exhausting Petra and Wadi rum, it was more than an oasis a paradisíac marvelous paradise with the kind and best staff ever

Highly recommended Fabulous hotel Special design Large rooms, reflecting the culture. Extremely high and efficient service with welcoming locals. Wonderful breakfast with large variety of choice. Comfy beds Tasty pool food and drinks, nice private beach, also has free boat to additional beach with dj and jacuzzi inside the pool. Hotel has belly dancing shows in the evening, also had complimentary baking lesson. Adjacent waterpark with shuttle service. Hotel manager is involved at all times. Highly recommended!! Fun for all the family :)

Excellent hotel clean and in a beautiful area

Al Manara is a beautiful hotel located in a perfect location. The hotel has a gorgeous pool and two very beautiful beaches which are quite large. Everyone at the hotel is incredibly friendly, in particular Eyad the General Manager of the hotel who got to know us by name throughout our stay. I would like to highlight a few other standout employees such as Jean at the Taybeh restaurant who always made each of our meals so pleasant with her great service. Amer and his recreation team did a great job as well. I was also pleasantly surprised at how focused Ahmad and all of the lifeguards were keeping everyone safe. And Mohammad always made us feel welcome by offering us coffee every time we entered the resort. The hotel is brand new, quite large, and just a great place to be at. I highly recommend it as I think it is the best one in Aqaba. If you happen to want to scuba dive when you are there Fajir who works at Sea Breeze Divers does a great job booking your tour and I can't recommend that company enough. We had a great day snorkeling and diving and they were without a doubt one of the best dive shops I have ever worked with.
