Unclean Not maintained well at all

Affordable. Could improve on quality of care and cleanliness meaning they should have brought clean towels and garbage.

It was a good spot to rest

Staff called me and notified that I left my coat behind after leaving . I made arrangements and retrieved my jacket. Thank you staff.

Nothing to do with the hotel....cops everywhere..due too drunk driver.

For the price point it’s a good bang for your buck! King size bed, fridge & microwave….fantastic!

Price is right. I was a little more than disappointed about the cleanliness of my room. I found months worth of dust and dirt hidden under the bed, as well as someone's sandels and old candies. The entertainment center (tv) was so distuI think my handprint will remain there for sometime. Desk clerk was super friendly though and I did feel safe in my room. Just not very clean.

The staff was very pleasent and respectful. The room for its cost is amazing. Love the fact there's a back door. Beautiful bathroom and very comfortable bed

The staff was very noisy up and down the hallway until two in the morning. Terrible sleep. I won’t go back

Pretty much as expected for a 2-star establishment.

2 hairs in the bathtub, 1 hair on the sink, a dirty mirror, a dirty sock under my bed and a used water bottle under my bed. Enough said.

In the heart of the city& the price is right. The fan in the bedroom was a little loud.Other than that,my stay there was more than I expected.

Front desk was friendly at check in. Unit had not been fully cleaned, snow on walk way and parking lot had not been cleared, even from one day to next. Hopefully not a regular event here, but 5 police officers arrived and questioned a man in the next unit while I was unloading.

I liked the safety and staff. The welcome I received was disappointing, and I had made a reservation in good time. The staff warmed in time but I couldn’t shake the introduction where I was yelled at to wait.

Stayed here several times. Clean, well located and excellent value for the money. Nothing fancy but a good value budget Motel

The bathroom was dirty. The floors were sticky, the light switches were grimy. Overall the room wasn’t clean.

Staff really nice but room was dirty, beds not made properly, floors not swept And no coffee machine for the morning

Very polite people and clean, serviceable, quiet room. Good value and good location.

Free breakfast was not provided as advertised on Hotels.com...not impressive to see garbage bins being washed in plain site of guests and at the entrance way.

Property was okay compared to price. Staff service was quick and good.

I liked the convenience of the location. But the room was not very clean especially the bathroom, there was hair all over the place
