Two key things stand out-a gentleman team member offered to take our luggage cart downstairs for us instead of us doing it-great customer service; and apparently there was a medical emergency on our floor and at the same time my daughter had gone downstairs to as for something-the clerk was very professional and not flustered (and I would have been!). Also-the woman today working breakfast was obviously chosen for that role because she is very friendly!!

Check-in was easy and quick, staff very courteous.Huge room, very clean, and all appliances in good working order. Beds very comfy! Quiet and restful. I especially liked the motorized blinds!! Breakfast was great, too! I sincerely hated to leave, but it was only a one nighter. Will definitely choose to stay here again in the future! Thanks Hilton!

Everything was great . The only problem i had was in the morning i found a roach. Which i killed. Other than that Everything was excellent. Breafast was amazing. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

The property and rooms were very well maintained! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They reached out before our check in and added a handicap shower chair and extra towels to our room before arrival, which was very helpful! Highly recommend

It was good. Not sure why they needed a $100 hold on my credit card since the room was paid in full. Incase of damages to the room? Really?

The room we stayed in had mold and mildew. The smell hit you at the door.
I was so very sick after one night’s stay we left the Home 2 Suites and booked at another hotel even though we were not able to cancel the second night or get our money back.
We forfeited over $100 just to get out of that awful hotel.

Great place for families

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. We were coming from Georgia, and needed a safe, clean place to stay with our three small children.
The property was definitely clean, and the area was super safe and easy to navigate. The breakfast was also delicious and every member of the family was able to find lots of choices each morning. Way to go on that!
Only slight downside, was that apparently someone under us (we were on the 4th floor) filed a complaint, at 8PM, regarding the noise of our kids walking around and talking overhead. For whatever reason, they felt management needed to come give us an "unofficial warning" even though quiet hours weren't until 10PM. Again, not even really a big deal, but it was a little off-putting and felt unnecessary in a hotel that claims it is family-friendly. Just a heads up!

We lover the size and the cleanliness of the room. Everything was updated and beautiful. The location was great. Everything was close by and easy to get to. One thing we did not like was that there were no dairy-free and/or gluten-free food options, and breakfast food options were the same every day.

Found the Home 2 Suites to be a very clean and confortable for our overnight stay. Check in was easy, parking plentiful and breakfast pretty good in the AM (big variety). If I had one observation for this location is that the carpet in our room (and thru out the motel) was carpet squares and the edges show but no deal breaker in my book. Location was close to Blossom Music Theater which we were there for a concert. Would stay again if in the area

The hotel was very clean and neat. Definitely ECO friendly. The lobby was warm and inviting.
The room was very spacious and had everything you would need for a quiet stay., very comfortable bed, Firmer pillows would be appreciated.Many breakfast options, waffles with many choices of toppings, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal with many add ins, fresh fruit, yogurt. Wish we had time to experience the pool, but we were in for a quick visit. Only surprise was at check in where they take $100 for incidentals then take 3-5 days to refund.

Room was very dirty and smelled like mildew. We asked about switching rooms but were told none were available and instead we were given a can of Lysol. This hotel was far below our expectations.

The tiles were broken off the bottom of the wall in the bathroom. There was mold all over the bathroom. The chair for the computer desk was repulsive. The ottoman was ripped up and the fake leather was flaking off. They didn’t even leave a bar of soap in the bathroom to wash our hands. Such a disappointing stay

Perfect place to stay with family and a pup. Great location to be in between for the Football Hall of Fame and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Clean and nice staff. Would totally stay again !!!

The gentleman working the counter when we arrived was prompt and kind. Our room was large and clean w plenty of storage. If the bathroom had been vacuumed to remove hairs on the floor and had the drywall repairs by the shower completed it would have been the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at in awhile. We travel a lot for soccer so that says something. Dogs are allowed to stay here so if you’re allergic you may need a different location. All and all we slept great, ate a breakfast w many selections, and headed out happy.

Our stay was wonderful but the deskchair in the room has too many stains for one sit on There’s Also rust inside the bathroom sink .

Everyone at the front desk were so pleasant. Even the people in the lounge area was nice and the room was soooo clean. I always bring my own sheets, but this time i didn't have to use them and thats a first!. The breakfast was really really good. You can get a breakfast bowl or make a waffle with a lot more options. My family and I will definitely be back.
