Clean, comfortable, and spacious!

Proximity to the highway made it a little noisy for sleeping.

Easy to get to location and convenient to going to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Our shower wouldn’t drain so it wasn’t very pleasant taking a shower after hiking all day

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. But we did have dinner and it was excellent.

Nothing. We were completely satisfied. Enjoyable stay. I will go back again.

I thought the staff was generally friendly and helpful. The food was decent and the main areas clean. It was my grandson’s first stay in a hotel and he thought it was amazing! We are local but had no power.

My room was 206 When i arrived there were no liners in the trash cans so I used my own bags. The refrigerator had not been cleaned and there were food remnants left behind . The mirror on the outside of the bathroom was not secured at the bottom. I had an issue with one housekeeper who would not take my trash. She told me to put it in the main area by the ice machine. That trash was overflowing.

We checked in to the hotel on Sunday, Aug 13th evening and the WIFI was not working. Nobody mentioned anything about this at check in and we had to come downstairs later on to be told by the night manager what the issue was. Your staff comped us a free breakfast which was sweet but the communication could have been a lot better at the start.

Ceiling/roof leaks in dining area, reception area and from other guests complaints, in the rooms. After almost slipping on the water puddle on the dining area floor, I reported it to the front desk. The frint-desk employee asked a maintenance worker for buckets and his response was that he couldn't clock in because the boss was concerned about his overtime hours. As a business owner of a small business, I see that as being short-sighted in any-sized business...Especially, if I had slipped on the floor!

Very friendly staff. Super clean. Lots of parking.
